Congratulations to the winner Ademola Adeleke the Governor elect of Osun State..

A quick take away for me:

1. Politics is all about winning election & obviously ANYONE who can pull it is the candidate!

Nobody should deceive you, everything is all about winning election, has nothing to do with if the candidate can speak phonetics or competent enough.

Settle this and have peace with yourself on irrelevant debates....

If it's about any other thing, Adeleke didn't come close🤣

2. Politics is local....
By now, this shouldn't need any special explanation to anyone again.
Local politics has nothing to do with performance, competence, capacity etc....It's all about "AWA LOKAN" & if you like cross all the Ts, they will vote based on LOCAL SENTIMENT.

Politics is local because if it's about performance, the incumbent Osun Governor @GboyegaOyetola did everything to work for the people. He ensured that many past errors were corrected & let no one come online to say otherwise, the guy is doing well in Osun...

The dynamics of local politics is deeply rooted in local sentiment. Oyo and Osun are almost the same in that they hardly see why you should win the 2nd term, this has been a kind of established pattern now & the choice of Adeleke over others show exactly this. Adeleke o🤣🤣

4. Debate is a complete waste of time....

I personally have never seen anything with election debate being organized for candidates be it in Nigeria or anywhere in the World all over...It's just entertainment part of election season...It changes NOTHING About who to vote for.

Yes, in all the Osun Debate, it's obvious that Adeleke has nothing intellectual to bring to the table, but he's d only one that dragged it with the incumbent & eventually pulled through.
No thanks to insiders who stayed within APC to work for him, but that's politics all the sha

5. This settles 2023 choices and debates finally👌👌
My positive take away is that it's now obvious Tinubu made the right choice by picking Shettima as his running mate...If you can't pull the figures in your local politics based on local sentiment, you're as useless as anything.

If you play to the gallery & choose based on noisemakers that laboured in vain without getting 1% of the total vote, you'll have yourself to blame.
Who can give you the figure? That's the language of politics!
If religion can give the figure, PULL IT.
If gender can, PULL IT...

If ethnic/Tribal sentiment is what gives the figure, you better don't listen to noise, go for what will bring the figure for you..
Osun election is a good template to use for whoever wants to make any further noise...Tinubu picking election victory from the North is their pain🤣

Yes, the choice of Shettima as running mate is a good strategy to pull all the necessary figures based on their local sentiments over there.

So, dear Twitter analysts like me, stop hyperventilating...Election is about WINNING & whoever gives the figure is the RIGHT CANDIDATE💪

Watch as the same people that have been talking about DATA, COMPETENCE etc have all been eulogizing Adeleke who didn't show any capacity or competence all through. That tells you they care less about what you're debating with them, it's all about "our candidate winning" for all🤣

Now those ones hiding behind a finger has finally unraveled that they're part of PDP as we've been saying.
Nothing like 3RD FORCE, the election is between APC & PDP+affiliates.
