TINUBU, THEIR BURDEN BEARER....

This thread is PRIMARILY for APC supporters who have been on my DM since Saturday during #OsunDecides2022

I'll say a few things FAR AWAY from Osun & allow you to extrapolate it to Osun APC crisis between Lasun, Adeoti, Aregbe, Oyetola etc..
In internal crisis management, it is my firm personal perspective that:
1. EVERY SIDE IS RIGHT
2. EVERY SIDE WAS WRONGED
3. CRISIS WILL ONLY RESOLVE IS ONE SIDE IS READY TO DROP HIS RIGHT OR BOTH ARE READY TO SHIFT GROUNDS.

Let me use Tinubu & Ekiti issue, you'll understand..
Check the crisis that removed Oshiomole as Chairman then, how APC lost Edo & many other things...One thing you can't take away as far as I'm concerned is that Gov Fayemi was complicit in all of these. The game was so strange that we were like "how could he be against Tinubu"?
A particular group in APC has been mobilizing& supporting BAT since 2020 towards his emergence as APC flagbearer. Guess what, they were all spending their resources. I asked some of them then, they told me stories to show why everyone would spend personal money to "help" BAT🤐
"Wait, so you people will spend your money for someone that should finance you guys"🤣

Response in summary: "No, individuals only saw opportunity to pay him back in this little way joyfully for how he's helped individuals years back when they were NOT THERE"😇

They mobilized!
FASTFORWARD to 2022:
Remember that the Tinubu support base is for the Federal, everyone still has their different candidates they're supporting at the Local APC primaries...That's Internal Politics...Very complex.
Towards Ekiti primaries, different support groups needed BAT😇
And Internal Politics is who has the backing of who?
Don't waste time about OUTSIDERS talking about Ambode issue in Lagos, they didn't know it had LITTLE to do with BAT. Party people didn't want you, even if Tinubu tried otherwise, "he go collect"🤣

Back to Ekiti Pre-Primaries!
Biodun Oyebanji was the Candidate of Fayemi, 27 Jan 2022 would be the APC primaries.. The continuous crisis between Fayemi & Tinubu was the advantage of others towards the APC primaries. Then, Around January 13, Gov Fayemi visited Asiwaju Tinubu in Lagos. YOU, wetin you go do?
That was just 2 weeks before APC primaries in Ekiti.
Remember those who have been supporting Tinubu's interest even when it was alleged that Fayemi was working against Tinubu.. Remember they're also stakeholders at the local level.
Now the man had gone to "reconcile" with Tinubu.
It was obvious afterward that Tinubu had let go & was in support of whoever Fayemi was supporting towards APC Primaries in 2wks time in Ekiti (They said he let go easily, & that's a weakness/strength).

That was a CRISIS RESOLVED from Fayemi camp, but that created more crisis😭
You see, in resolving one crisis, you are creating more crisis, but this time around towards yourself (YOU as Tinubu in this scenario).
How did you want those who were banking on such crisis to ride politically within feel? How would you want the opposition also to feel about it?
That was the beginning of another serious crisis, but the burden bearer who let go easily is the one to still take the bullet for the mess created by others. Since he seemed to be OK to resolve crisis even when it would create more issue directly for him, what else should he do?
I painted this scenario for you to know that things are complex than we all thought & one Tinubu from distance will not always fix ego crisis of adults for everyone in his camp...
If you take time to listen to every side, you will see that they're all right.
The only difference is that someone like Tinubu looked more into what will profit the party than to allow crisis linger, while those who want to be Jagaban in their respective States will either have it their own way alone or mess everything up...
Did each camp have genuine grievances? DEFINITELY.
But shouldn't each camp look into the bigger picture & drop their RIGHT at least to achieve it for the party & their supporters? That's the difference.

Shettima was the Gov in Borno. Since 2019, Shettima brought Zulum to APC...
Shettima in almost all his statement will refer to Gov Zulum as "my boss & our party leader"🤣🤣

Shettima knows who is the boss in Borno. Zulum knows who is the BOSS. APC in Borno knows who the boss is even though Zulum is the official party leader.. We know the boss abi🤣
So, the burden bearer we're always expecting to resolve every internal crisis among politicians can only do a little WHEN & IF the parties are ready to let go for the greater good.
When brothers felt they must fight to finish, then strangers shouldn't be blamed for free food.🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️

BUHARI & NNPC UBER-NIZATION...

One thing you should do constantly on #TwitterNG is to have enough sense to learn, because you will never know everything but you can learn about everything.

What did Buhari's NNPC action mean? Is it PRIVATIZATION or COMMERCIALIZATION?🤣 Image
Like them, hate them, Buhari/Osinbajo ticket is the best deal Nigeria has ever gotten in that office in Aso Rock & this present 9th Assembly is the best deal Nigeria has ever gotten in its democratic era since 1999.
What @MBuhari did with @nnpclimited will be part of his LEGACY. ImageImageImageImage
So NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation) is now NNPC Limited (Nigerian National Petroleum Company)..

It was like IMPOSSIBLE for 20 years now, then Buhari did it. What did he do to NNPC in laymen terms? He did what I simply call UBER-NIZATION of our family property🤣🤣 Image

Buhari got to Ogun pre 2019 election...A whole incumbent Governor was doing anti-party...He brought another candidate of another party he endorsed to his APC mega rally that already had a candidate he didn't endorse🤣

Wetin u want make Buhari do?
Internal crisis is crazy🤣🤣🤣
Everyone wanted Baba Bubari's endorsement of their own candidate in the same party.
Even we wey dey support Tinubu for open contest dey vex say why Buhari no go support Tinubu openly like Tinubu do am in 2014?🤣

Baba kuku comot hand...
As you're resolving it, another wahala🤣🤣
I love to make fun a lot behind the scene because many people are too emotional for me🤣🤣🤣

"Why would Buhari allow Amosun to do that in APC rally?

I said "Sebi na Amosun be AOC Governor wey dey host APC Presidential candidate for Ogun, Wetin you want make he do"?🤣🤣🤣

OSUN ELECTION AND THE FUTILITY OF IDEOLOGICAL POLITICS....

A busy day in office it's been....I'll try and say a few things along this line later.....

Summary: Apart from ANALYSIS, there is nothing practicable about ideological politics IF you have any plan of winning election!
1. If you intend to win election, pls drop your IDEOLOGY FIRST & PLAY INTERNAL POLITICS.

Let me start from here. Performance doesn't really win it IF you have issue with internal politics. This has nothing to do with APC, I'm talking about every main political party EVERYWHERE!
For example, "Why should I win election to govern a State/Country & spend the same resources I cannot account for on my political base? IDEOLOGICALLY, O WRON GAN NI🤣🤣

Party Chairmen will come with different bills, Iya egbe, Iyaloja, Party excos etc...Which money I go give?🤣

OSUN TAKEAWAYS:

And APC lost #OsunDecides202

PDP won #OsunDecides2022

Congratulations to the winner Ademola Adeleke the Governor elect of Osun State..

A quick take away for me:

1. Politics is all about winning election & obviously ANYONE who can pull it is the candidate!
Nobody should deceive you, everything is all about winning election, has nothing to do with if the candidate can speak phonetics or competent enough.

Settle this and have peace with yourself on irrelevant debates....

If it's about any other thing, Adeleke didn't come close🤣
2. Politics is local....
By now, this shouldn't need any special explanation to anyone again.
Local politics has nothing to do with performance, competence, capacity etc....It's all about "AWA LOKAN" & if you like cross all the Ts, they will vote based on LOCAL SENTIMENT.

12th July 2012 she gave birth to our 2nd son...Couldn't make it back, was far away.
I returned 2 days later (15th) to see her "going"🤔

She fought to stay back for another 90 days in that Hospital daily UNTIL we saw God's deliverance.
I remembered everything 🙏
#JoyfulMemories ImageImage
I was absent that particular day 10 years ago, but covenant friends were on ground as though it was their headache...Mo Dupe Baba!
#JoyfulMemories
She literally was on her way out, d pain & agony was too much..
How could someone that just gave birth via CS start to cough uncontrollably...Everything bursted..Doctors were scared, did I have option than to mount my watch & calm everyone down that she would stay here? God😭😭

This #ASUUvsFG issue ehn....
What are the REASNABLE demands and which ones are unreasonable demands?

Don't shout, let's be logical and METHODICAL, then we will see the problems & the solutions beyond emotion and blackmails. @ASUUNGR should itemize them in clear terms online.
I don't want to hear it from FG, I want @ASUUNGR to explain how govt has tried (or not) to address each or everyone of them, why did 2009 agreements still linger beyond 2015? What has been done to address those backlogs? Let's hear it directly from ASUU.
#ASUUvsFG
How can an employee dictate to employer that UTAS must be used instead of IPPIS?
If @ASUUNGR can come up with a platform, then why haven't they built other solution for Nigeria's use all d while?
Total autonomy (money inclusive) or Partial Autonomy, what do you want? #ASUUvsFG
