COVID + Recovery

What me & wife did & did not do during Home Quarantine

- We tested early - 2-3rd day max after symptoms.
- Did RTPCR test as it is recommended
- Got a GP who has treated COVID+ patients based on reco
- Started on medication almost on the 3-4th day

1/
- As both were +ve each of us isolated ourselves & with mask when we met
- We restricted movement to limited area
- As I had less virus load than wife, I started owning hot water for gargling, coffee serving food
- noble souls from Covidmeals.in gave us 3 meals

2/
Morning
- once we woke up: hot water + rock salt gargling for 3-5min
- After that brushing
- Pranayama / breathing excersie for 10min
- Kabasura Kudineer (if infected or exposed to patients then daily else twice a week)
- Warm / hot warer + Lemon+ Ginger water 150ml as tea
