The answer may be 1) blocking view of fans behind is banned under Stadium rules & policy,
2) Police can quickly & strongly enforce that rule to avoid fist fights among fans.

A 2nd (environmental) protest sign, a big banner off the upper balcony, was used at Nats Park DC Congressional Baseball Game 2022, my preferred strategy here.

Photo shows banner needs a big header to provide space to cross the flat lip, to allows reading the words clearly.

The group of protesters with the banner off the front of upper deck balcony at Nats Park DC Congressional Baseball Game 2022, reportedly threw flyers off the balcony during the game, another way to gain attention as the flyers visibly flutter away & with the words on the flyers.

Flyers can be made to flutter far more visibly per flyer using correct dimensions, falling more slowly by flipping over & over, copying purpose designed confetti at political events.

Flyers can be thrown further using expensive to make paper airplanes, but too far litters field.
