So, the $3k were crowdsourced by Burkhart from Depp fans to get the unsealed documents which she then immediately used to slut shame Amber, posting out of context snippets about Amber’s past working in an exotic club.

This isn’t “transparency” this is misogyny.

Other Depp supporters have been snatching snippets from the document they aren’t fact-checking, which is spreading more misinformation.

Here, Levy reports that Depp’s lawyers said Kipper saw Amber abuse Depp. Based on Kipper’s own testimony, that is a lie:

So, they say that Depp’s ED is irrelevant to whether or not Depp abused her & make a claim that his ED is her fault. (With no proof).

I don’t know Depp’s particular circumstances, but I do know that sexual dysfunction can often heighten violence in IPV situations

This study explains that ED has not been found to be caused by IPV, but IPV does cause sexual dysfunction in cis women.

Additionally— Amber Heard’s donations, her dog stepping on a bee, her dog making a mess, the Australia dogs incident, her sexual partners, her sexuality, her work — none of that has anything to do with the fact Depp abused her. But Depp fans won’t stop talking about this stuff

George Garofano, a computer hacker, went to prison for several months after it was confirmed he hacked into 200 iCloud accounts & stole private photos & videos from Amber Heard, Jennifer Lawerence, Emma Watson & other celebrities. Amber did not leak these.

Also it’s interesting that “Roaring” said the “trial” of George Garofano proved that Amber leaked the photos herself — because there was no trial. He plead guilty.

Depp constantly referenced the fact her photos were leaked & weaponised the leak against her during arguments. I don’t think there needed to be nude photos on the exhibit list for Amber to be concerned he’d introduce them to increase her humiliation.

So the man who delighted in weaponised remarks about Amber’s leaked nudes, and called her a “stripper” as an insult demanded unrestricted access to all of her devices.

You don’t have to be a rocket science to understand what alarm bells that set off, and when Amber’s lawyers ask the court to confirm Depp will not be able to use the nudes or Amber’s past in court — his lawyers reply “we should be allowed to use it if we need to”

It doesn’t matter who brought it up first: Depp clearly weaponised Amber’s past & nudes and when Amber’s team asked for assurances from the court, Depp’s lawyers fired back: MAYBE WE WILL INCLUDE THEM!!!!

That’s revenge. Just like Depp’s Fairfax appeal was revenge.

Amber’s legal team pointed to specific metadata from Depp’s files that was either missing or incorrect. They weren’t making a claim, they were submitting evidence of manipulation and alteration to the court with examples - I mention it here

So Amber’s team didn’t make baseless claims about image manipulation and missing metadata: they submitted specific examples of photos and videos that had been edited.

Keep in mind, Depp already tried to pass off photos with the wrong day/time in the UK. He used this photo from 2015 to say Amber hit him in April of 2016 — even got Sean Bett to lie for him and say this was his exact injury he photographed

Depp blamed Amber for literally everything. But he said himself he didn’t have a reason for only submitting edits of the tapes.

Don’t tell me who is responsible if you don’t know. And once again: the metadata shows he manipulated the tapes.

???? The court verified the text messages. You don’t need to. But if you want to talk about providing someone with aid you should probably talk about the fact the text msgs include Manson asking Depp to help him hide from the cops.

‘Roaring’ lied about Dr. Banks seeing Depp — in Banks’ testimony she confirms that Amber told her she was abused by Depp IN FRONT of Depp, and he did not protest.

Banks believed Amber was a victim of Domestic violence.

So who is the pathological liar? Because…

There was no ‘vehicular homicide, Amber’s license was suspended for speeding tickets & she was arrested (and the charge dismissed) for driving on a suspended license: Depp’s lawyers GRILLED Whitney H about this to try and dig up dirt on Amber.

Depp fans tried to pin the accidental death of a 16 year old on Amber, they shared her name, photo and obituary — but I found the news report of the accident & that girl was tragically killed by a male driver.

Further, we now know Amber’s friend who died was also a man

This entire “vehicular homicide” thing was a hoax.

This just occurred to me but “Roaring” mentions a masturbation video which i didn’t know about— that’s not in the documents. If true, I can only conclude that Roaring has specifically looked for Amber’s illegally leaked private videos. Gross.

Adam Waldman attempted to coerce a witness into signing a declaration that Amber Heard lied when the witness did not believe that she lied. Waldman threatened her with legal action when she spoke out about being coerced.

It’s also confirmed once again that Waldman leaked edited confidential evidence to the press in an attempt to turn public opinion against Amber Heard.
