AUSA: Defandant is a flight risk. He is a citizen of Azerbaijan and receives money from a restaurant he own there. He sends money to Ukraine.
AUSA: He was living in Yonkers. We got a search warrant. He was arrested in Brooklyn, with 66 rounds of ammo and AK47 with serial number filed off.
