Why? They are up to spying and monitoring the employees working remotely. This is to ensure productivity, or is it?

Let your employees be productive. And by productive I don't mean working all day. Productive means they give their best work.

What if they want to browse YouTube for sometime while taking a break? Or yaar office me bhi to sab sutta break le hi lete hai (we all know it!)

Remember productivity isn't equivalent to hours spent on the laptop. Give your employees freedom to explore and innovate.

A self-regulating work environment is better than a 24/7 spy operation. Let me know your thoughts about it.
