It’s been an insane, amazing, difficult, heartbreaking, character testing year with every arrow we’ve taken during this campaign. We faced relentless attacks from the establishment. We refused to give up the way they hoped. I’m endlessly proud of our team, my wife and my kids.

This clearly wasn’t the result that we wanted but it was always an uphill battle as a write in. I was forced into a political suicide mission in some ways because they knew we’d win if they allowed me on the ballot but I’m proud we gave people a way to make their voices heard.

In the end we beat the majority of the candidates on the ballot. We ran the most successful write in campaign in Tennessee history. The establishment knows there are thousands of fiery Tennesseans who demand more from our government. This isn’t the end for us, this is the start.

I’m proud that I stood up when it was hard by suing for ballot access despite large monetary cost and knowing it was an uphill battle as a write in. I’m proud that I taught my kids to never give in to bullies and always stand up for what’s right, especially when it’s hard.

I will always have deep concerns about the irregular way our campaign was treated and how the votes weren’t announced at the same time as everyone else. Over 10,000+ apparently voted in the governor’s unopposed race than voted in the hotly contested TN5 race.

I’m proud I never compromised with my values by taking endorsements or money from the establishment vultures who want to undermine the America First movement. I’m grateful for all of you that I’ve met along this journey, especially those of you who will be friends for life.

I’m trusting God. I’m going to take some time to love on my family and figure out what’s next but you’ll be the first to know. Again, to every volunteer, especially KT, Sam, Nilsa, Adrienne, Andrew, Lori and Kristin, I’ll never forget your effort and ❤️. A new chapter awaits us.

Like all of you I’m pulling for and will do what I can to bring about a big red wave in November. Our country is in unthinkable peril if Democrats stay in power. While I have fears about the failures some RINO’s may cause, a red wave is our only chance!

I wrote a long piece a few weeks ago that I’ve been trying to edit down in my spare time that explains some of the critical things I’ve learned during this race that might help others in advancing our movement. I’ll share that with you soon.

The establishment can delay the inevitable but it’s still inevitable. The harder they resist, the harder we’ll fight. Until the next battle, thank you for believing in me, I’ll always believe in you and I’ll ALWAYS fight for you. #AmericaFirst til’ the day I die. 🇺🇸
