I was at a retreat and someone asked me a random question: How can I do the work that I do and not just burn out? I couldn't answer it initially because I had to process what I actually do.

I run over 100 different scenarios in my mind during interactions and wait.

Depending on which way they respond...... Oh, that's scenario 121. Deploy response..... and go from there. So many of you want to claim to be individuals but most of you respond the exact same way when my body shows up. You have no idea how knee-jerk you are in your responses.
