2 of the charges against Roger Stone were about records to Congress. One direct; the other Obstruction. Those two could have been levied on Hillary and/or on all those directly involved in beach-cleaning servers after her records were subpoenaed by Congress.

yes: #ButHerEmails
Stone was raided. Trump was raided. Yet not #ButHerEmails @HillaryClinton which were i corruptly deleted and beach-cleaned after a subpoena by Congress. Imagine the pay-to-play crimes those emails contained that HRC & Co violated, apparently, multiple laws to dispose of them.
3/4 The #ButHerEmails likely contained pay-to-play involving Foundation/State Depo and ran afoul of Records Keeping and classified doc laws.

So you have

- corruption
- obstruction of Justice/Congress;
- records keeping
- Classified

All in one.

How many raids/indictments?
4/4 The corruption with @Comey is not his letter before the election.

The corruption is there were no massive raids; charges and plea deals on those involved in pay-to-play; the server to hide it; its destruction under House subpoena; record keeping and classified doc laws.

🚨 🚨 🚨

There were 10 boxes of nuclear secrets laying around at MAL for 18 months tucked into Melania's cloths that it took 30 agents 9 hours to collect.

3:00 PM: Garland Asks How Dare You Critique the Feds.

5:00 PM: FBI Wray Echos the Same Points.

8:00 PM: Those Upstanding Above Board Feds Leak an Incomplete/Misleading Claim About Nuclear Secrets to a State-Aligned Press Office.
In a matter of 8 hours we went from "this isn't a raid and Garland didn't even know about it,"

to

"Of course GARLAND approved a RAID: We needed to save NUCLEAR DOCS from Trump!"

Soon they will say Biden was briefed due to the risk, but he deferred to DOJ "career officials."

A) Why buy a self-serving claim about Garland's role?

B) Subordinates taking action on their own "for good of country/law" is a tool for corrupt abuse in authoritarian regimes.

Same goes for Gen Milley. He can't decide what's good for country over orders of Commander in Chief.
It's funny and sad to listen to CBS, ABC and other networks pro-government propaganda as we await Garland's presser.

Sad how "media" isn't behaving adverserial to government action.

Funny because their wording and lines can easily be refuted if they were, well, media; not PR.
Many commentators on Dem TV argued that the raid neded to be much more than classified documents or else they would not make a raid.

Haha. Really?

Anyway. Let's see Garland's spin and how those commentators will "explain" that classified docs are enough to have raided.

🧵 🧵 🧵

The nature and gravity of corruption is that if gone unaccounted, it gets worse. Consider this: A few years ago, Trump was "suspected" of being a stooge of a foreign power due to blackmail and collusion. Right? It was a "clear and present danger."
2/5 Yet despite this, Mueller & Weissman didn't have the guts to subpoena a POTUS (or even his children). The SC didn't move on POTUS. Instead, it left it to Congress to decide. Yet 3 years later, the home of a former president was raided by Obama's definition of a fair guy.
3/5 The raid was done despite the underlying issue (whatever it may be) not being such a clear "danger" as what was "feared" when Trump was POTUS; being beholden to an adversary.

Th raid done because @jeffsessions, RR, @MattWhitaker46 and Joker Barr gave corrupt goons a pass.

Five hours after the #BidenRaidOnTrump news broke, yet there is still no tweet from @LeaderMcConnell or his @NRSC.

"Vote Republican" means empowering the wing of the GOP that helped legitimize the abuse of power of the last 7 years.
No tweet yet from the @SenateGOP about the #BidenRaidOnTrump.

The leadership of the Senate GOP is garbage:

They repeatedly lined up 12-17 members to vote with Biden.

They cheered on collusion hoax; Mueller and 1/6 hype.

50 Senate Dems pass Lib stuff cuz Senate GOP is a joke.
🚨 It's 5+ hours after news of the #BidenRaidOnTrump broke, yet there are no tweets from the top 5 @SenateGOP's and their affiliated accounts: @LeaderMcConnell
@SenJohnThune @SenJohnBarrasso @RoyBlunt @joniernst

Now you know why GOPs lost GA Runoffs and Biden had legis wins!

What a clown take by @AGHamilton29:

1. GOP/Con Trump haters threw away 2018 and 2020 in name of country over party. Suddenly they care about winning?

2. Why did @SenateGOP reject election integrity efforts and thus cool off the base after spending 4 years promoting 2016 doubts?
3. "swing state" and "moderate" Senate Dems go along with Liberal policies while @SenateGOP's fold on basic/long-standing GOP policy.

Why?

Today could have been avoided if established GOP's spent more energy going after Dems than Trump.

cc @julie_kelly2 @brithume @MZHemingway
There is more @AGHamilton29 @EWErickson: Biden had a very successful legislative 18 months and to the left of Dems from 5-10 years ago. Most votes were made possible by 12-17 @SenateGOP's leadership and their poodles) going along with it. Why should the base be energized to vote?

Hi @TheStalwart. The ISM service sector data pf this July (56.7) was worse than last year July (64.1) and even July of 2020 (58.1).

Secondly, a recession is in relative terms; a slowdown from a past peak. But you are showing raw terms. (ISM above 50 means the sector is growing)
There is more @TheStalwart:

The ISM service sector index was...

66.7 in Oct 2021

69.1 in Nov 2021

62 in Dec 2021.

65.9 average in the last quarter of 2021.

55.9 average in the second quarter of this year.

A DROP of 15% from a half a year ago. More proof of recession 🤡
Folks, this isn't complicated.

When talking about a recession (2 quarters of negative GDP) it is a relative term not a raw term. Meaning, it's a recession if we are off the past peak even if current levels are good compared to a few years ago. Weird? K but that's how it works.
