Its a hopeful statement.. but even vaccines and wheat to the whole world wouldnt get India a seat in the UNSC.. Nobody gives a seat in the UNSC to cowards.. no matter what.. GOI has consistently been a self-pitying wimp and nothing else..
There are only 2 things that may get India a seat in the UNSC...
1) Withdraw from the UN totally...
2) Repeal the no-first-use policy of nuclear weapons..

1/3.. Interesting.. Firstly.. France has a unifying language. TRUE! But French is not its only lang. French is also the OFFICIAL language in 29 countries incl Canada, Switzerland, Belgium. So India must speak only 1 lang for Modi to overcome his cowardice?

1/3.. Heres an interesting story about "Carlos the Jackal" of Venezuela who joined Palestine terrorist groups and had carried out multiple terror attacks & murders in France.. Carlos also kept OPEC leaders hostage for long in Vienna 1975.. @DrlathaC
