1/ π“π‘π«πžπšπ - More Trouble for Trump Connected Lawyer. NYT reports that a lawyer for Trump provided the DOJ with a written statement that all docs marked classified were returned. This could have disastrous ramifications for the attorney. What else has happened to lawyers...
2/ ...connected to Trump?
Rudy Giuliani. The FBI raided Rudy over a year ago and seized 18 devices. Rudy's NY bar license is suspended. As for his DC license, a disbarment hearing is scheduled for Oct. He's also been subpoenad in the Fani Willis Georgia criminal investigation.
3/ Jeffrey Clark. Authorities recently searched Clark's home while he stood outside in a dress shirt and drawers. Clark was Trump's DOJ stooge who championed false claims of election fraud. Others in DOJ said there would be mass resignations if Trump installed Clark at the top.
4/ Lin Wood. Infamously called for the execution of Mike Pence. He's been sanctioned for election litigation and referred by a federal judge for potential disbarment. The Georgia State Bar filed a 1600 page complaint against him & says Wood must undergo a mental health exam.
5/ Sidney Powell. Was at the 'UNHINGED' West Wing meeting eve of J6. A Powell connected election fundraising entity is under criminal investigation. Sanctioned for election litigation, referred by federal judge for potential disbarment. The Texas Bar commenced a case against her.
6/ Michael Cohen. In 2018, Trump's ex-lawyer & fixer was sentenced to 3 years in prison for, among other things, covering up Trump's 'dirty deeds', including funneling payments to silence 2 women who said they had affairs w/ Trump. Cohen now speaks out against his former client.
7/ Jenna Ellis. Subpoenad by the J6 Comittee and is subject of a complaint to the Colorado State Bar seeking her disbarment.
8/ These lawyers have had legal, ethical and/or criminal issues related to Trump.

In addition, as is well documented, several felons have been connected to Trump.

1/ Thread: How are things with lawyers connected to Trump World?

A new DOJ filing accuses Steve Bannon's lawyer Robert Costello of lying to the J6 Committee. Costello is a long time friend of Rudy Giuliani who he's also represented.

The FBI raided Rudy . . .
2/ over a year ago and seized 18 of electronic devices. Giuliani's bar license is suspended in New York and the DC bar has filed ethics charges against him.

Jeffrey Clark, Trump's coup stooge, was recently outside in his drawers as the authorities raided his home. . .
3/ John Eastman's home was recently raided by the DOJ & his phone seized. Eastman is also is under California State Bar investigation.

Lin Wood was sanctioned for election fraud litigation, a federal judge referred him for potential disbarment, & the Georgia State Bar says. . .

Jeann Lugo, a white male cop running for Rhode Island Senate as a Republican, hit his black female Democratic opponent Jennifer Rourke in the face twice last night after she spoke at an abortion rally. Lugo is now under investigation and has deleted his Twitter account.

(Update) Jeann Lugo has apparently dropped out of the race. His apparent Twitter account remains deactivated.

1/ Thread: January 6th - Looking Back. We knew almost all of this way back on January 7th, 2021.
* Photos surfaced of Jacob 'QAnon Shaman' Chansley with Rudy Giuliani in Nov 2020. Behind Rudy in the photo is Bernie Kerik who has been close to Giuliani since about the 1980s.
2/ Kerik was NYPD Commish when Rudy was Mayor of NY & received a Trump pardon in early 2020 for several felonies from years earlier. Kerik was also on a #FightBack Foundation Board soliciting donations to combat the 'radical left' with Lin Wood, yes the 'execute Mike Pence' guy.
3/ Kyle Rittenhouse's initial lawyer John Pierce was also on the Board, but stepped down after his financial issues were revealed. Rittenhouse eventually fired Pierce who now reps J6 defendants and Proud Boys. Pierce made an interesting Rittenhouse related tweet the night of J6.

2/5 - Interestingly, California attorney John Pierce was accused of stealing funds meant for his ex-client Kyle Rittenhouse. Another ex-client called Pierce a "crook" who "should be in a penitentiary." Pierce was counsel for Rudy Giuliani and now represents Jan 6 defendants.
3/5 - Pierce said last year he was under @StateBarCA inquiry. Team Rittenhouse suggested they reported Pierce to the bar. Pierce received big funding from Virage Capital, who also gave millions to Tim Howard who was recently disbarred in Florida. sunlight-reports.com/who-is-in-cont…

*Thread 1/5* *January 6th Cases*: Did the lawyer for the most J6 Defendants lie to a federal court in DC? John Pierce told the court his colleague Ryan Marshall is an "active member in good standing of the State Bar of California". ⬇️
2/5 The Pierce rep was is support of Marshall's application to practice law in DC. A previous DOJ J6 filing said Marshall was unlicensed and facing several felony charges, including conspiracy to commit fraud while clerking for a Pennsylvania judge. From @KlasfeldReports ⬇️
3/5 - Turns out Pierce made the same "active member in good standing of the State Bar of California" about Marshall to a federal court in Oregon in the Lavoy Finicum case. And then a federal court in Maryland took a closer at the license issue. Here's what the court found. ⬇️
