So Terrence Bradley - Nathan Wade's divorce lawyer - worked hand in hand with Trumpian lawyer Ashleigh Merchant for months to get Fani Willis and Wade. And Merchant conveniently cherry-picked from hundreds of now revealed text messages. Interesting.

ajc.com/politics/this-… Now we know why Bradley didn't want to take the stand. He was secretly working to screw over his former client and law partner, as well as Willis . And both he and Merchant agreed she would keep his name and gossip out of it, but then Merchant subpoenaed him anyway. Unbelievable.

1/ BOOM - Former GOP officials file friend of the court brief with the 11th Circuit saying Judge Cannon got it wrong. The TOC reflects the core arguments, including that an ex-President is entitled to no greater protection under the law than any other citizen. 2/ A friend of the court brief is an 'amicus' brief. It's filed by people who are not a party to the case - not the DOJ, not Trump - who believe they have an interest in the court's decision. So they ask a court - here the 11th Circuit - to also consider their legal arguments.

A new DOJ filing accuses Steve Bannon's lawyer Robert Costello of lying to the J6 Committee. Costello is a long time friend of Rudy Giuliani who he's also represented.

The FBI raided Rudy . . . 2/ over a year ago and seized 18 of electronic devices. Giuliani's bar license is suspended in New York and the DC bar has filed ethics charges against him.

Behind Rudy in the photo is Bernie Kerik who has been close to Giuliani since about the 1980s. 2/ Kerik was NYPD Commish when Rudy was Mayor of NY & received a Trump pardon in early 2020 for several felonies from years earlier. Kerik was also on a #FightBack Foundation Board soliciting donations to combat the 'radical left' with Lin Wood, yes the 'execute Mike Pence' guy.
