Warm greetings on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of independence of our motherland.
A day to remember as many of the brave and idealistic men and women who built, over aeons, this ethereal entity called India
that is Bhaarat and who lived and fought through centuries of enslavement. One lifetime is not enough for this task.
A day to remind ourselves that, in some measure, the enslavement continues in the form of colonised minds, disoriented by the distortions that have crept
into our history books.
A day to remind ourselves of our core values of vasudeiva kutumbakam (the world is one family) and ekam sat vipra bahudha vadanti (truth is one, the wise ones perceive it differently)
BUT let us not keep bleating these values like lambs and lead ourselves to slaughter.
For, today is also the day to remind ourselves of another core value of our motherland: to fight against injustice, which most often takes the form
of people, who do not believe in our core values or who have misunderstood them.
Let us also cultivate a sense of humour and not see only problems everywhere. A great many good things are happening. Let's keep our eyes and ears open to them.
Let this be a day of joy and celebration.
JAI HIND!

M. Zubair who is infamous for dog-whistling the Ummah in the Nupur Sharma case, resulting in the barbaric Islamic beheading & killing of 7 Hindus, is known for building #Hinduphobic narratives, using fact-checking as a camouflage. He & @AltNews do not disappoint us.
In the latest case, he produces the results of a so-called fact-check Alt News has carried out on a series of tweets put out by a handle True Indology.
[This response is without research and taking Alt News at its own words for the time being]
Alt news has summarised the essence of the tweets & attempted to answer them. Since the answers are long-winded and deliberately confusing, we shall put the Q & A (according to Alt News) in brief for easy understanding.
" India has welcomed a US ship to its port, while it continues to spend large amounts of money buying Russian oil, and is at the same time telling the Chinese, via Sri Lanka, that it will not hesitate to assert the “Indianness” of the Indian Ocean."
"Beijing is furious. It is not used to being told off, especially by tiny states such as Sri Lanka.
The Chinese foreign ministry declared India’s opposition to its ship visit to Hambantota as “senseless” & said it should not “disturb normal exchanges” between two nations."

Some believe the benefits might extend even further, and may already be contributing to India’s airline safety rankings, which exceed some developed nations.
The US had almost five times as many fatal air accidents as India since 1945, while the UK has had 15 more deadly incidents, according to Aviation Safety Network.
Many female pilots in India also have a more prosaic explanation for their successes: Family support. India’s familial structure, where extended families often live together
