IEA's r/w ideology includes climate change denial, total privatisation (Charter Cities) & the abolition of NHS. FREER is an offshoot think tank of IEA members-Truss Patel Badenoch, etc, it has been referred to the Charity Commission for political bias. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institute…

Here's an example of how a r/w think tank is set up. As far back as 1976 Charles Koch drew up a blue print for the creation of a libertarian movement. In 1984 he launched Citizens for a Sound Economy, a non profit group fighting to reduce Govt. But grass roots became 'Astroturf'

Koch poured $7.9 million into this 'charitable foundation.' It claimed to represent housewives, farmers, small business, wage earners but was manufactured by corporate sponsors with a populist ideology. R/w think tanks often use quasi academic names as a front for radical ideas.

The ERG was formed 29 years ago in 1993, it is considered the most influential right wing think in British political history and has since its inception been holding the Govt hostage with far right radical libertarian ideology. It is tax payer funded🧵

Be in no doubt that Truss's 'investment zones' were illegally expanded from the 45km limit to 75km are land grabbing zones for building #CharterCities ripe for venture capitalists and multinationals to rewrite laws beyond Govt reach, privatisation 2.0.

Anthony Fisher🇬🇧 was encouraged by libertarian economist Friedrich Hayek🇦🇹 to form a think tank that would not disclose it's true r/w policies 'because a charity is politically neutral and our ideas would not prove popular with the public', Fisher formed the IEA in 1955 #Brexit
