Police arrived, not finding the victim. Notifying hospitals.

 Chronic offender Lamarr Lucky Smith, 02/21/1986

Charged in March with 2 counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.

Despite the prosecutor advising he's a "clear danger to public safety," he was released on ZERO bail by Judicial Officer Lyonel Norris.

 After being released, Smith immediately violated his conditions of release and a warrant was issued.

Smith was arrested on the warrant, but was subsequently released again with ZERO bail required by Judge Kerry Meyer on Aug. 3.
