Most people do not realize the dangerous precedent this sets for individuals and corporations in this country.
Asset managers and other financial institutions increasingly rely on ESG ratings agencies to assess, measure and compare companies' ESG performance.

Who decides ESG ratings you ask? Most international and domestic public (and many private) companies are being evaluated and rated on their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance by various third party providers of reports and ratings. Bloomberg is one of many.

ESG is always positioned by the left as "The Free Market" "ESG is just a rating to help people make a decision when they invest" .
Big Tipoff: They oppose corporations in every other instance, so just watch how they ferociously support ESG.

As an investor, did you have say in shuts down oil pipelines?

Did you have say in oil being a thing of the past?
Did you have a say when Exxon slowed its growth by 20%
Because your money did..By investment funds like Vanguard and Blackrock!

This is a fiduciary abuse of power, where you've had NO SAY in where your retirement investment money goes and for many in their 50's, the next 10 years will not yield positive returns, according to wall street analysts.

Take for example; woke #LiberalHypocrisy corp. Blackrock a leaderr in ESG.
So woke is ESG , they took a half a billion dollar investment from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia!!

Think, now why would Saudi Arabia want to invest in an under-performing investment fund (the S&P 500 )

Could it be that the Saudi's through ESG can have a say in companies like Exxon, like encouraging them to stop exploring for oil or exploiting existing land contracts?

Could it be that they dont like the fact that the US the potential to be energy dependent and not rely on them anymore???

The Left certainly loves to hate on Saudi Arabia, especially because of Trump's Middle east policy which put the onus on the Saudi's to cleanup the mess they had contributed to in the middle east unrest & global terrorism. a policy which was working far better than ...

Obama's Muslim Brotherhood (think Arab Spring) and Iran leanings which got us absolutely nothing. And Continued by President Dementia Puppet, to no positive effect..

But when it comes to the Saudi investment in Blackrock, the left will look the other way..

I don't know about you but I dont think the Saudi's are big on " E" (environmental) - They're the world's largest oil producer, producing 13.24% of the oil consumed in the entire world daily.

nor are they on "S" (Social) - hrw.org/world-report/2…

or the "G" (Governance)- They don't have a wide diversity of people in their Government.
In fact, they are a monarchy ruled by family and extended family.

ESG also does not like it when a corporation goes against the narrative of the Woke Agenda like Elon Musk did.. Somehow, the once Left's darling and his company which makes the best Electric Vehicle (EV), on the market, recently got a lower ESG score than EXXON!!!

Now, I'm not an attorney, though I did sleep at many Holiday Inn Express' in my life ...

But I'm betting there's a law firm out there that can see the value in a class action lawsuit against publicly traded corporations & Investment funds that are foregoing their fiduciary responsibilities over Woke corporate actions .

We need to abandon ESG policies in US & around the globe
The impact of these far-left policies has been & will be devastating, The record-high gas prices of $$4.41 per gallon+ will not be lowered by increasing the attacks on the oil and gas industries or by blaming Putin.

Our dependence on foreign energy will only intensify, putting our national security at an even greater risk. Our adversaries will be emboldened to act while we tie our own hands in the name perceived of social justice.

The price of goods will continue to skyrocket as a result of the increased costs of production &transportation, leaving the American people to bear the burden- by design.
