Where are we with my 'Paths'?

The Weisselberg flip did mess up my schedule, for understandable reason. Weisselday only comes once in a lifetime. A lifetime of prison :-)

We had 5 Paths that take Trump to Prison. I wrote updates to Path 1 (Weisselberg) & Path 5 (Tom Barrack) Image
Obviously with Weisselberg flip, I have to update Path 1 (Weisselberg) to reflect the flip. I will do that LAST

Next up, I promised I will do Path 2: Giuliani (Ukraine extortion etc). That I hope to get done this wkend.

After Rudy we do Path 3: Matt Gaetz (selling pardons) Image
And then the biggie will be Path 4: Roger Stone which is about January 6th

So much has happened in Jan 6th, that we learned via Jan 6th Hearings, that this update will be... should I say an epic Tomi Thread haha. But yes. I will of course update Path 4 Image

So FBI took 27 boxes of documents from Mar-A-Lago

Not all were classified documents belonging to government (I estimated 21,000 pages were Trump's Extortion File)

But let's do a bit of math on the 11 boxes of classified docs... :-)

1 filing box can contain about 4,000 pages if fully packed. Let's leave room for some other stuff like tapes, photos, whatnot. And assume 3,000 pages per box

11 boxes of classified government documents = 33,000 pages of stolen secret documents. That is world RECORD in espionage
Now what could be a fair count of a file size? Let's say one top secret document on average is 10 pages long (some are much longer, but some are just 1 or 2 pages long). If we say average classified document is 10 pages long, Trump would have stolen 3,300 classified documents

So quick thoughts?

VICTORY !!! We have our first flip since Trump left office. This will not be anywhere near the last. But it feels good

Trump company will be dissolved when all is said & done. Weisselberg has to testify truthfully on all financial crimes of Trump Org...
..Weisselberg has to testify truthfully on all financial crimes of Trump Org - and DA has his double-bookkeeping, which means DA knows all the scams Trump ran with his company. This ends the Trump company and his properties will be seized to pay various debts in back taxes etc
We saw that the investigators had documentation that others (plural) had similar tax fraud as Weisselberg (who has to pay $1.9 million). That would be Jr, Eric & Ivanka. And Ivanka & Jr did not plead the fifth, but Eric did. So looks like Ivanka & Jr at least will plead guilty

Right now FBI gave documents (I estimate 100,000 pages) to a filter team. They review every document to remove those that belong to a privilege, primarily client-attorney privilege. Remember Trump has army of lawyers, faced 3,600 lawsuits
Of course Filter Team starts with most sensitive content, the Top Secret documents, and proceed onwards. Any privileged materials are returned to Trump, never seen by DOJ investigators of this case

Then investigators start. They return all stolen government documents to owners
Next they return items that are not relevant to DOJ, like personal mementos, Trump photo with kids, his college transcripts, whatnot

Of the extortion file (I estimate 1/5 of total documents seized are the Extortion File) they group them by target person, and for most..
