Dance is a divine art form. India was always been a land with diverse art firms and each of them unique in itself. One of the dance form happens to be Tandava. Tandava is regarded as a celestial dance which is supposed to be performed by Lord Shiva. Shiva’s
Tandava is regarded as the source of cycle of creation, preservation and dissolution. The name Tandava comes from ‘Tandu’ who was an attendant of Lord Shiva, who instructed Bharata to use Angaharas and Karanas modes of the dance. Karana is the combination of the hand gestures
with feet to form a dance posture. Angaharas is composed of seven or more Karanas.
Who is Nataraja?
Shiva’s Tandava is said to be of two forms. The first is Ananda Tandava which denotes a happy dance and second is Rudra Tandava which is a dance of destruction.
Lord shiva is referred to as a ‘Nataraja’ or as the Lord of dance. Dancing in Indian culture as been seen as a way to unite with the creator. Shiva’s dance is a symbol of being one with God through the divine act of dancing. This cosmic dance of shiva is called ‘Ananda
Tandava,’ meaning a Dance of Bliss and symbolises a cosmic cycles of creation and destruction.

Janabai was a devotee of Lord Panduranga(Vitthala). Panduranga helped janabai with her work and she always chanted Vitthala. She use to make Goitha(cow dung cake) to prepare food for the devotees of Lord Vitthala.
Kabir Das ji had heard many stories
about Janabai like, Vitthala personally comes to her in daily basis and help her in work and many more. And also he was very eager to get Darshan of such a great saint Janabai. But when he came he saw she was engaged in a big fight with a lady over some goitha.
He was shocked that such a great Vaishnava, such a great Krishna devotee, was fighting over such a small matter. On meeting her, he asked why she was fighting over such a small matter?
Janabai replied,” This Goitha are not ordinary, while preparing these
