What does this mean?
If the Railroad does not give the employees what they want by the 16Th, there could be A Stoppage of work completely across the board.

I warned about this 2 years ago, last year & this year.
Meaning, ALL railroads would come to A halt—All different
Supplies, food, water & all other resources don’t get delivered/Transported …
Workers are being asked to work 12-13-16 + hour days & being treated very poorly.
