17,000 medical professionals, singing at the top of their voices in Amsterdam.

Decorating respirators and mask concern trolls.

As long as you don't interfere with the seal or filtration of the respirator, let it off-gas before wearing it, you'll be ok.

A quick thread dedicated to those concerned with decorating respirators.
You'll recognize trolls because they will use over the top language.
Will have provided proof at some mysterious point earlier, but won't pony up when it's time to step up. Weak sauce.

Antimaskers love to quote ....antimaskers. Especially when they APPEAR to be authorities on what appears to be a very technical subject matter.

Like Industrial Hygienists and masking.

But not all is as it appears with @KristenMeghan and Stephan Petty.
Keep in mind - a gas station attendant can appear to be very knowledgeable about your car's engine...until you talk to the engineer who designed it.

Also...every profession has a few loudmouth incompetents in it. You know the type. They know EVERYTHING, yet know nothing.
Which brings us to the org they belong to. The 8,500 member strong American Industrial Hygiene Association,@AIHA, which DOES recommend masks.
