sec 31 of that canlii file, applicant baldly asserts that he has my genealogy wrong, I still damn well "BALDLY" dispute and assert it, seems funny a RR Metis judge was used in this case, and he lied to boot. He had my full genealogy tree.

He see's no merit in fixing "HIS" errors because saying I am 14 generations came in pretty handy for Darryl Leroux to then put me on this #raceshifting website, when he damn well knows he is lying.

This is my great grandmothers genealogy, 3 generations' from me, I knew her, her dad was born b4 the Indian Act, who gave him his own worldview and identity? He was a member of the Mi'kmaw nation through ancestry. He would have been 4th great grandson. and 3rd to Joseph Mius.

So @JusticeCanadaEN when a judge lies and adds 4 more generations to my ancestry than I actually have, what does that mean? That is my great grandmothers genealogy, to the descendant that Canada chooses to recognize, instead of the next generation, brother to 2 Mi'kmaw

My great nanny Mius goes to unknown name Mi'kmaw woman, 9 different ways. My great grampy Harris, Evangeline Mius' husband, who is also Indigenous and goes right back to the same ancestors, wanna say again how I only have one ancestor. lol .. Pssst I have more as well .. 😇😊

So I am not quite sure how that makes me or my son a #raceshifter or how that judge gets away with saying whatever the hell he wants about my genealogy, with tons of errors. I have all the documents, birth cerificates, death certificates, etc to back up that genealogy.

My 7th Great Grandfather , Joseph Mius .. My great nan is Joseph's 4th Great Granddaughter, so much for those 7 sacred generations huh !!
