1/ Okay, Part 2 of our #DropKiwiFarms coverage is unlocked. It's about the single scariest, most stalkerish threat Keffals received: a photo taken outside the apartment she was staying filled w/KF and loyalist lingo and posted to 4chan.

2/ I found the kid who claims to be responsible. We call him “Teddy” in the episode. Teddy’s distinctive username is linked to many accounts on multiple sites, including Twitter, YouTube, and Discord. He has a long and sometimes scary history of trolling and terrorizing others.

3/ He is a “foodist,” or a follower of Foodistzen, a grotesque YouTuber whose shtick is saying outrageous and defamatory things about people who have recently died. He’s also a “Malagasy Clay Eater” (MCE), basically a small Discord subgroup of foodists.

4/ There are questions about Teddy’s real-life ID, but not these online affiliations. There’s clear evidence of them going back a long time, on multiple platforms, all linked to variations of the same distinctive online handle. Trolling and harassment defines these subcultures.

5/Teddy got in a fight with an American girl earlier this year. He obtained her address after her mom sent a DMCA takedown notice. He subsequently posted it everywhere he could and made very creepy, meme-y videos containing her address and family members' names to intimidate her.

6/ One of the videos, which he shared with me, ended with an anime scene in which someone snaps a girl’s neck. He was genuinely obsessive in trying to post her personal information all over the internet. Her name is distinctive, and when you Google it, that’s what pops up.

7/Anyway, back to Keffals: Teddy, with a long history of loyalist posting on multiple accounts, came to believe Ellen and Keffals were pulling down Union Jack flags and replacing them with transgender flags. I think this defies all belief. He says a “friend” told him he saw this.

8/He tweeted at her fairly obsessively on multiple accounts, including threats that if she didn’t meet with him, something bad would happen. On a private Discord channel I gained access to, he told his friends to tweet at her, saying he was going to kill her cat. I saw two do so.

9/ He even sent Kefflals and Ellen emails demanding a sitdown, and asked me if I would broker one(!). He shared a screenshot. The gmail is a different, also-distinctive username. I came across it independently, linked to his regular username, in a 2021 social media post.

10/ On 8/222 Keffals was doxxed on a notorious site that isn’t Kiwi Farms. On 8/26 her Belfast location was added. Teddy allegedly showed up in the comments talking smack. Some folks said they saw him post a link to a video from outside her apartment that was quickly taken down.

11/ This I couldn't confirm, but you can see other commenters responding to what appears to have been overeager posts by someone claiming they were going to go after Keffals. Then someone else posts a comment: they announce that they are Teddy, and provide their full legal name.

12/ Why would someone *possibly* dox themselves on a website where some of the lowest scum of the internet congregate? Teddy says this user impersonated him but that the legal name is his. Enter Kiwi Farms — they take notice of this kid Teddy who seems very worked up, partly

13/ from his comments on the doxxing site, and partly because he DMs some Kiwi Farmers seeking to “team up” (they tell him to fuck off), and start trying to dig up dirt on his real-world identity. All this happens before the 4chan post.

14/ Then the post goes up and of course Kiwi Farms is even more annoyed/interested, according to contemporaneous posts, because from their perspective he is blaming them for something they didn’t do — and at a very inopportune time.

15/ Teddy, for his part, told me from the jump he had no connection to KF. There are contemporaneous posts of KFers wondering about him, spreading his dox, and talking shit. Teddy has a very rich and easily examined online history and he seems to genuinely hang out elsewhere.

16/ He also simply doesn’t *act* like someone from KF. The site has a very specific argot and “philosophy” toward its obsession with its targets, and there is nothing about Teddy’s approach — such as tweeting obsessively at Keffals — that lines up with it.

17/ On 8/31, Keffals blames the weird 4chan note on Kiwi Farms. This doesn’t necessarily make sense. Her address was posted to the Other Site four days earlier, and on Kiwi Farms they were openly like “Yup, we got it from this other site” Earliest KF mention is 8/27.

18/ Keffals did the same thing when her Ubereats was hacked. She blamed Kiwi Farms, but in fact the first place that information showed up was on that other site. Timeline appears to be the hackers, a collective who go by Vile, did the order (8/21) then dropped the dox 8/22).

19/ Again, info only migrated to Kiwi Farms after the incident, again, KF users explicitly reference the hackers who did it, and again, Keffals attributes it to Kiwi Farms, which certainly helped spread it, but which was not the original source. No mention of other doxing site.

20/ Okay so possibly through Kiwi Farms and possibly through the other doxing site, Keffals catches wind of Teddy’s alleged identity. She tweets at him, using his legal name, on 9/1, IDing him as the person who showed up at her place.

21/ The next day, 9/2, she has apparently tracked him to one of his Discord servers. Or at least one of Teddy’s longtime online friends, a fellow Malagasy Clay Eater, says she did immediately after the group formed a new server.

22/Couldn’t confirm this but makes perfect sense — 1st thing this kid does after new server is launched is talk about why they had to launch it. This suggests Keffals was aware of Teddy’s specific online habits, which were not hard to find because he has worse opsec than she does

23/ Whether or not Keffals did join this server, we know she tweeted at Teddy with his first name. She had access to all the same information I did, meaning she had to have known, after looking into him, that he had no legitimate connection to KF. It just isn’t a close call.

24/ As one last check, I plugged Teddy’s doxing victim’s full name and address (separate searches) into KF. He spread them *everywhere* — he’s a dick. If he were a KF user he would have spread them there. Nothing. It's impossible to prove a negative like this, but, like:

25/ I would be PROFOUNDLY shocked if evidence emerged Teddy has anything real KF connection. He was also established visitor to the doxing site where Keffal’s information first popped up — his friend “Fancy German Car” in the above screencap doxed her there many months ago.

26/ After she did, Teddy himself popped up to make a gross sexual comment. If Teddy is the guy who showed up at Keffal’s apartment, there’s zero mystery where he got the address.

Now, is he?

27/ I couldn’t confirm that. And these kids troll so much that I’m just not sure. I’m 100% positive about everything about Teddy’s *online* activities I’ve reported here, because it’s all out in the open and in some cases echoed on the Discord servers I snuck into.

28/ So I think there’s a very strong case Keffals was aware this kid had no connection to KF. For what it’s worth I reached out to her and Ellen 9/10 to ask various questions about Teddy, and noted “I'm genuinely not seeing any connection to Kiwi Farms,” but I didn’t hear back.

29/ This maybe the weirdest internet-culture story I’ve ever reported, and I feel like my soul needs a bath. I hope you enjoy it.
