as the canadian 30y drops, oil responds...

usdcad got weaker relative to dollar

because canada is a proxy for oil, oil dumped.
i fully expect a swap at any time.
the gap betw usd and cad was extreme at market close.
i'd reckon stonks would go up on a swap, unless the fed is on a mandate to continue to crush oil, but they risk upsetting wall st apple cart
