tonight Russian fascists shelled Yuzhnoukrainsk, the city where the nuclear power plant is located. also explosions in Mykolaiv near my apartment. my old grandpa and mom are hiding. mom said that the sounds were so loud that she thought that apartment next door was destroyed
twice tonight literally meters separated my loved ones from death. they live like this for months
how many sleepless nights does my family have to go through fearing that they will be killed by a missile or a nuclear catastrophe?
and after such nights, my mom goes to work, helps the military and civilians, laughs and tells me to worry less
Ukrainians are everyday heroes and I would like the governments of Western countries to have at least a crumb of this courage to help us win faster and save more lives
I am Ukrainian reacting to increasing threat & harm caused by @amnesty unprofessional report
people are aware that there is a war in the country and where the frontline are. the president, mayor and local authorities called for evacuation and organized free evacuations
my mother was INSIDE when our apartment was bombed. I heard the explosions during phone call with her and heard her crying but fucking twitter expert knows better. and then her workplace was bombed too. and then bus stop, church, another bus spot, one and one and one
Russian invasion, fascism & missiles endanger ME as an Ukrainian civilian. not Ukrainian army protecting and defending my family & friends in Mykolaiv / Kharkiv and other UKRAINIAN cities. we don’t have another country to use as a battlefield. it’s not a videogame, you pricks
new atrocities by #RussiaIsATerroristState in the last 24 hours:
> Russian soldier castrating alive Ukrainian prisoner
> attack on bus stop in my hometown. 5 people are dead
> Russians murdered 40 Ukrainian POWs

find the country & city / date & time, print or draw posters and #StandWithUkraine. the whole world should know about Russian fascism
if Europe does not help stop this war, it has no future. we demand actions, not promises
read this 🧵, please. I have something to add. film critics in Russia often use Facebook as a platform for debates. and if there already a lot of problematic stuff in Dolin's articles, don’t let me start... but I’ll start
so, Anton Dolin's Facebook battles in defense of DAU resonated well with the violent nature of this project. in his posts and comments, Dolin began a real persecution of Russian film critics who dared to criticize this project with feminist optics
Dolin is the sacred cow of Russian film criticism. he has a large audience and a lot of power in this area. but Dolin rarely filters his words and think about consequences of his actions. in Russia, arrogance and cynicism are still popular among influencers
