Do any residents of #Херсон #Kherson know the location of this bus stop? I'm trying to geolocate Russian soldiers in this video.

It’s possible this video is from RF or Crimea, from before the invasion. If I’m right that he’s in the 247th guards air assault regiment, that would place him in Crimea.
