I really appreciate any Russian who does the following:
1) Fights for Ukraine as a member of a Russian volunteer battalion (real heroes, I adore them)
2) Donates to Ukrainian army (it really helps the right cause)
3) Sabotages any part of Russian economy (there are such cases).
As a human being, I feel sorry for those Russians (especially the young ones, socialized under Putin) who get beaten and tortured for having participated in non-violent protests. Especially as their sacrifice makes no sense: personalist refines cannot be defeated non-violently.
Important is, that this war is being decided in Ukraine, by the bravery of Ukrainian soldiers and civilians, and that the Ukrainians are those who carry 99,9% of this war’s burden. I feel sick when people try to shift the focus from Ukrainians to Russians, Germans or whoever.
Interesting: in his huge interview to Russian @novaya 2 weeks ago, Navalny’s top aid Volkov urged NOT to donate to Ukrainian Army, called those who urge to donate - provocators, and urged to donate instead to Navalny’s foundation which creates Internet-content about politics.
Gosh, @leonidvolkov has started a full-scale smearing campaign against me, because I have quoted his recent interview. Sure, comrade, I have deleted these postings from 2013-14, and I went to Kyiv in 2014 wearing Vyshyvanka because I “supported the annexation of Crimea”.Get sober
A fun fact: in 2012, Alexey @navalny shared my article in which I debunked the Putin’s and Lavrov’s lies about n Pussy Riot case.
"Sergej Sumlenny is not a human being, he is an animal. I would have killed him by my own hands, fck", says this pro-Navalny (bot with 40 followers?)

In Russia-occupied Dagestan, medics from a state-run nursery participate is a propaganda show supporting the war against Ukraine, and proudly post about it. Like in Nazi Germany, there are no jobs in Russia which are not “gleichgeschaltet” in a war and genocide machine. 1/x Image
Here is a video of Russian teachers misusing the trust of the locals and delivering the mobilization letters (only if delivered personally, the letter is valid, so it is important to trick a person to open a door and show up):
You can read more on the Russian school teachers’ run this genocidal war in this older thread of mine:

Russian opposition spreads hate against those who like me asks legit questions about their integrity. “We protest constantly”, aha. Within 6 months, only 224 criminal cases against protesters/critics initiated in Russia. It is less than the number of killed Ukrainian kids (383).
The chauvinist-imperialistic gaslighting and denial of the extermination of the ethnic minorities is epic. I don’t say that the minorities are the most of soldiers, stupid. I say, the are getting killed up to 275 (Buryats) or 350 (Tyvunians) times more likely than the Muscovites.
But the most interesting thing in this discussion is - from my point of view - that for this opposition leader (Nikita was a local deputy and is a leader of the “Vesna” movement) the most important is not to argue with facts, but to denounce and to ruin the opponent’s reputation.

The 🇩🇪 govt’s wish to host 🇷🇺 males in 🇩🇪 as refugees from 🇷🇺army is a provocation against 🇺🇦 women and children who barely escaped 🇷🇺 torture, rape and murder. Where do you want to host 🇷🇺males, @Bundeskanzler? In the same dormitories with 🇺🇦? The only way is to intern them, but
…I don’t think it is a good idea to organize internee camps for Russian POWs in Germany. That is why it is better Germany don’t jump into this toxic debate at all. The effective solution would be to send asap as much Leo2, Marders etc. to Ukraine, and to severely sanction Russia
The idea to welcome Russian males is crazy, absolutely not analyzed (“Schnappsidee” in German). They will bring Russian narratives, invade safety spaces of Ukrainians, but first and foremost will not help to stop this war. Putin grabs those he can grab. He will just grab the next

Russian MoD Shoigu says, 300,000 Russians will be mobilized. I doubt it is possible (or possible with any good effect for the Russians). To use these people, Russia needs active officers and ready structures to absorb recruits. Even if a part of mobilized are reserve officers 1/x
...they need available structures with commanding officers (ca. 500-800 per division) to integrate them. The same for the soldiers: they need to be absorbed by "cadered" (incomplete) divisions. (Read more on this system at this thread by @kamilkazani): 2/x
I do not say anything yet about the equipment and logistics: as we know, Russia was not capable to provide its own troops with proper equipment, and it were just about 150,000 of soldiers. So the only reason to proclaim the mobilization is (as I can imagine now) pure PR. 3/x

#BREAKING Russian mail propaganda outlet RIA Novosti says, “Referendums on joining Russia” will take place in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions starting on Sept 23rd and up to Sept 27th. This looks like a totally desperate attempt to create any “positive” picture ImageImage
Just remember: the Kremlin does not control a large part of Zaporizhzha region including the Zaporizhzhya city itself, is about to lose Kherson, and the Ukrainian offensive in Donbas is ongoing. The idea “Russia needs if you proclaim these areas Russia to defend them” is false…
…as Ukraine has already hit Russian Kursk and Belgorod regions, as well as annexed Crimea which the Russians proclaimed to be “Russia”, and the Kremlin just denied the attacks. It looks like Putin wants to have a nice TV picture - no idea what for.

THREAD Let us talk on what will come after this war. This is a very short and bullet-points-style thread.
1) Ukraine will win this war. There is no chance for another outcome. Those who deny it will loose. Set on the Ukraine's victory, you will win. Be the fcking winner! 1/x
2) After Ukraine wins this war, pro-Russian parties will not disappear. They will camouflage as the "EU-critical" parties. They will say, "the EU has betrayed us and did not help, we won this war alone". Don't let them raise their voice. Have Ukraine inside the EU asap. 2/x
3) The next EU and NATO disturbance point will be the moment when Ukraine will be about to liberate a) Donbas, b) Crimea (I believe - in this order). Don't try to stop Ukraine. Quite the opposite: help Ukraine. Ukraine will do it anyway. Be the fcking winner, I told you. 3/x
