The Cycle Continues - Muster-to-Election (M2E)

2) The story in a nutshell, first. Ken, a retired Lt. Col from the Special Forces, knows how to lead. Looking around, following the 2020 election theft, Ken chose to focus county by county, starting with his own, Moore County, NC, and created the Muster Strategy.

3) @SandhillsKen and I met back in 2016 and became fast friends and compatriots. It wasn't, however, until earlier this year that I discovered his M2E work. I do have to give just a bit of background on that. The military trains and builds true leaders.

4) In my own world of business, we tend to live almost exclusively in the here and now, tactical reality of response and reaction. Must of us simply suck at strategy, and many of us reject it utterly. In the military, they know better. Ken is a simply brilliant strategist.

5) I've been studying this for 3 or 4 years now, so when Ken and I reconnected, I instantly realized the significance of his leadership. @SandhillsKen has created a blueprint to save America from the county level up. It's been tested. It works.

6) In the rest of this thread I'll be quoting or paraphrasing Ken's report. We begin...

"Our Muster in Aberdeen, NC on Saturday, 10 September 2022 was a great way to wind up our first Muster-to-Election campaign cycle."

7) "We also launched our search for first-time grassroots candidates to run at County level in 2024. (Our thanks again to Ron Jackson, who worked tirelessly to prep his Freedom Hall to host the Muster.)"

There are two points to discuss from the quote above...

8) Listen to this man lead. The current 2022 election has not yet taken place, yet he is already pivoting to 2024. Now that is strategic vision, and discipline. I'd have called it the Nov 11 Initiative. For @SandhillsKen, it was the Sep 11 Initiative. Ponder that.

9) The second thing to note is the combination of coordination and teamwork, expressed by Ken's thanks to all who helped. I put the spotlight on Ken, in part, because he ALWAYS puts the spotlight on others. But stick with the details and contemplate them.

10) Who remembers Sun Tzu's 5 Factors?

1) The Way
2) Heaven
3) Earth
4) Command
5) Discipline

When considering detailed prep and execution, it is #3, Earth, we're looking at. That is where all action takes place.

11) @SandhillsKen continues, "There are 3000+ Counties in the US. If each county adapted the Muster-to-Election (M2E) Template, we would be in great position going into 2024."

That is precisely the vision that grabbed me. And I know it will never let me go, either.

12) I have to ask, do you know the historical reference Ken employs with his term "muster?" Go back in mind to the 1760s and 70s. Image a town's militia. It was mustered, regularly. It mustered to training and defense. And in 1775, it mustered to throw out the Redcoats.

13) Through our freedoms so-hardwon, back then, we are able to muster to election, today. M2E. I don't know how he got there, but that is what Ken envisioned, planned, and has now completed the first cycle of execution. Isn't that thrilling? It stirs my soul. How about you?

16) The following, the last points of @SandhillsKen's report, is, for me, the most important thing. Watch this!

"Organizations in Florida, New Jersey and Maine have adapted the M2E template to take back their Counties in 2024."

17) When I consider the threats we face today, I don't know the amount of time we have. When we say we must "save America," that obviously means America is at risk. Real risk. Not just the words, so easy to say. Nations rise and fall. America could fall. That is real.

18) I don't know the time it will take for M2E to take root adequately to grow across our land, until Ken's vision of 3,000 musters is realized. I'll have to ask him if he can foresee that, or if his strategy includes such a timeline. But what I do know is this. We need you.

19) What must you do? Look around. Do you feel you, in your county, enjoy all the freedoms of our Constitution untrammeled, unmolested, uninfringed? If so, you can enjoy the work of others. If not, I say again, we need you...to pick up the burden of leadership.

20) No, it's not just as simple as a decision, yet that is where it starts. You must decide to bring a muster to your county, where you live and work and vote. You must join forces with others, and begin the long slog of hard work. You must follow @SandhillsKen. Thus, you begin.
