🔹PM Modi and other Indian leaders know that the country can only

prosper if women have power over their financial futures.

🔹The world can learn from the way India has nurtured self help groups to support women's livelihoods and their agency.

🔹Over 80 million women mobilized into 7.5 million SHG's, this is world's largest community development programme.

🔹 India's system of digital financial inclusion is model for the world.

🔹 Pradhanmantri JanDhan yojana has vastely expanded to banking and other financial services, especially for women who too often have not had power over their own money.

🔹 Over 450 million digital accounts that have been opened belong to women.

🔹 Volume of monthly transactions that the unified payment interface had made possible over 6 billion is amazing.

🔹 More than 300 million have received relief payments digitally during the pandemic because of sophisticated Adhar Identification system and digital payments.
