"The West's aim "is not the victory of Ukraine, It's the defeat of Russia," Baud says. "The problem is that nobody cares about Ukraine. We have just instrumentalized Ukraine for the purpose of US strategic interests -- not even European interests."
3/Baud spells out everything:
* The deal Zelensky was willing to make w/ Putin that the EU nixed by sending Boris Johnson to tell Zelensky Ukraine must fight or it won't receive $$$
* What the results of the referenda will mean
* Russia annexing the four oblasts
* The West being
4/"the victim of its own miscalculation"
* Putin never threatened to use nuclear weapons but responded to Liz Truss & the West's readiness to use nukes
* All the stats on Ukrainian soldiers is from Ukraine propaganda
* How the West is now caught in a spiral trying to save face.

Russia’s FM Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova demanded Joe Biden answer as to whether the US had acted on its threat over Nord Stream following purported sabotage #REPUBLIC@republicrepublicworld.com/world-news/rus…
3/This is Russia's PRELIMINARY response:
"Taking to her Telegram, Zakharova stated, “US President Joe Biden must answer the question of whether the United States carried out its threat on September 25 and 26 when an emergency was reported at three lines of Nord Stream 1 and Nord
Putin Orders Troops Into Ukraine After Recognizing Separatists' Independence Bid rferl.org/amp/russia-put…
“Russian President Vladimir Putin signs a decree recognizing two Russia-backed regions in eastern Ukraine as independent entities during a ceremony in Moscow on February 21.”
At first the Kremlin refused to recognize the aspirations of independence of pro-Russian separatists in Donbass. It changed its position once it saw the suffering Kyiv was inflicting on its own citizens. Russia will now defend and protect these people. That’s a righteous cause.
Kyiv on the other hand doesn’t want its pro-Russian, Russian-speaking people to have independence, has branded them “traitors” and “not Ukrainian enough” and will subject every single one to pogroms were at not for Russia fighting for in defending them b/c Kyiv is Neo-Nazi.
So THIS is what happened???👇
“The military operation on Monday night which fired munitions to blow holes in the Nord Stream I and Nord Stream II pipelines on the Baltic Sea floor, near Bornholm Island, was executed by the Polish Navy and special forces.” johnhelmer.net/the-bornholm-b…
This would signify divisions within the EU. In fact supporting Ukraine and imposing sanctions on Russia could become the downfall of the EU.
If true Poland-US pulled a crabs🦀 in the bucket move on Germany: “If we’re sanctioning Russia and not getting Russian gas, you’re not getting Russian gas either.” Is it becoming a viable option for countries like Germany & the Czech Republic to leave NATO and become neutral?

2/Baud reveals how Ukraine's “law on the rights on indigenous population that was adopted in July 2021” “has some similarities with the infamous Nuremberg Laws…of Nazi Germany in 1935 giving different rights to the citizens depending on their ethnic origin”. Now we see clearly
3/why Moscow, after years of not recognizing the aspirations for independence of the people in Donbass, changed its position. Ukraine's treatment of pro-Russian people in Donbass and southern Ukraine is similar Nazi Germany's treatment of the Jews.

“An ally of President Vladimir Putin issued a stark new nuclear warning to Ukraine and the West on Tuesday as Russia began releasing results of referendums it bills as a prelude to it annexing four Ukrainian regions.” reuters.com/world/ukraine-…
2/“But an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy told Reuters Kyiv would not be swayed by nuclear threats or by the annexation votes, and would press on with plans to retake all territory occupied by invading Russian forces.”
So it’s “Game On”. Did RAND see this?
