Sr Adv Anand Grover: I'm for the petitioners, we're saying allowing Jallikatu was unconstitutional.

Sr Adv Shyam Divan for Tamil Nadu, SG Tushar Mehta for Maharashtra.

Sidharth Luthra reads from pleadings.

Sibal: President had given assent to Tamil Nadu bill allowing Jallikatu.

SG: We can have it in January?

Justice Joseph: Why not November?

Luthra: yes or else they'll start it again then.

Giri: it's unconstitutional.

SG: Can we have it in December?
SC: That would be too late.

Divan: And this would take a while?

SC: How many pleas.

Luthra: 5. All by animal welfare organisations. We'll organise the compilation.

Order: List on 23rd November for final hearing. A common convenience compilation to be prepared.

SG: On the lighter side, they're all meat eating animal lovers.
