Our protocol explains in great detail how to do 3D multispectral imaging with online fingerprinting using the @zeiss_micro spectral detector. We guide you through mix design, sample preparation and we showcase applications such as single-cell analysis.
In addition, we present an equalization assay which is instrumental to designing a functional 8-marker combination for multispectral imaging. An automated script for the analysis is also included!
mLSR-3D is now compatible with FFPE tissue, so it is possible to visualize your stored pathology samples in 3D with 8 colors.
mLSR-3D provides excellent preservation of tissue structure with high signal quality allowing large-scale 3D imaging of intact tissues, including small and large organoids.
We also included clever pre-processing tools from STAPL-3D to correct technical artefacts common to 3D imaging and a convenient shading correction tool that does not require pre-recorded shading references.
