Objectively speaking, what do you guys think is the 'endgame' in the war in Ukraine?
Ukrainian surrender? Russian withdrawel? The capturing of Crimea? Tactical nukes? NATO involvement? New annexations of Kharkiv, Odessa erc?
So many possibilities. I also think that it's difficult for Putin to de-escalate. It feels like escalation is his only solution.
A ceasefire will never happend while russian troops occupy ukrainian territory. If Russia want's to stop the fighting & keep the new regions, they would have to oust the government in Kyiv & install a puppet govt. That would only be possible with a new offensive on the capital.
