Like I have said before They had 50 years to codify our rights to bodily autonomy and haven't, because "I'll protect Roe" was a handy campaign slogan to get them elected and re-elected. Congress is blue too what's their excuse? Congress, who is responsible for MAKING the law.
The Senate and House can draft legislation and do away with the filibuster to get it passed. That’s the kind of action that is both possible and truly responsive.
