- Martinelli preferred over Jesus, should hold on to him
- Can still be moved out for Trossard
- Arsenal assets can be moved out first before City assets
@TheFPLWire@lateriser12@BigManBakar@zophar666 Foden better pick over KDB - Must Own
- Started all fixtures (9/9)
- 2nd to Haaland for shots in the box, big chances, penalty area touches
- 4m cheaper
City Assets - Do we get them now or wait till #GW13
- Don't sell Maddison/Zaha/Bowen for Foden
- Don't move Salah to KDB (Salah should outscore KDB in the next 4 GWs)
What changes with Liverpool's 4-2-3-1 move?
- Brings Liverpool strikers in the picture
- TAA's attacking impetus could reduce
Chelsea in UCL:
- Conventional back 3
- Chilwell quite attacking, controlled the game well
- Auba/Sterling front two
- Mount was slightly deeper
- Fofana's injury worrying, more minutes to Cucurella
Chelsea has great fixtures from GW10-12 and then tougher fixtures from GW13-16
- Auba > Sterling, could take penalties if Jorginho isn't playing
- Kepa started in UCL, made just one key save; Mendy should still start
- TAA can be downgraded to Chilwell now (prefered over Cucu)
Coming back to TAA/Liverpool's yesterday's formation:
- Hendo covering TAA, TAA can move forward
- Salah can move central
- Nunez getting chances
- Diaz not a priority sell right now
Ranking of 8m mids:
- Foden best pick but has a blank
- Madders > Zaha > Bowen for @BigManBakar
- In case you own Bowen now, keep for now
Mitrovic/Isak Replacements:
- Rashford good at runs with creators like Eriksen, Sacho, Bruno. But he's not a good No.9 for United, Martial is the clear No.9.
- Isak should be replaced, even if he is fit he might not start; Wilson should start
- Wilson good replacement but they have United and Spurs in the next 4
- Welbeck/Solanke in case you need cash
- If Mitrovic is out for only 1-2 weeks, hold him - great run of fixtures for Fulham
Trossard:
- Highest ceiling player in BHA
- Great relationship with De Zerbi, looks like his guy
- Can get in for Martinelli
- Captain choice for GW12
Mitrovic/Isak Replacement:
- Wilson > Martial > Solanke as per @BigManBakar
- Wilson > Toney > Solanke; Go for Auba if you’ve the money as per @zophar666
- Vardy not impressive against NFO
@BigManBakar@zophar666 Everton vs Spurs in #GW10
Spurs - Son-Kane connection missing this year. Perisic is a good pick, will be playing at RB; Sess at left. No need to get a Spurs player for #GW11 captain (Liverpool vs City, Haaland still top pick)
Everton: Defense first. Kane not a good captain pick
@BigManBakar@zophar666 Barnes - Good pick for next 3
Neco - Playable against AVL (H), can play him if Mitrovic is out this weekend as well
Zouma - In case you have him on bench, he can come in for Mitro this week as well (more chances of clean sheet against Fulham given Mitro's injury)
@BigManBakar@zophar666 Bailey to Zaha for @BigManBakar this week
Isak/Mitrovic to Wilson or Martial for @lateriser12; In case both are injured, can also set up for a 9m striker like Auba/Nunez
QnA:
Hold/Sell Son - Hold, good next two fixtures
Barnes vs Zaha - Barnes
GW12 vs GW13 Wildcard - GW12 preferred, few days between GW12 and 13
Foden/KDB for Son - Foden
Sell Bernardo - Hold for SOU, sell for Zaha after
- Who do we keep on the bench?
- How do we optimize it without compromising GW12 performance?
- Also who do we get in for the City-Arsenal players that we are moving out?
I will be evaluating basis the following factors:
- Current ownership of City-Arsenal players
- GW10-12 targets
- GW13-16 targets
- GW12 Captain Options
- City/Arsenal Players - Who to bench/Transfer Out
- Who to Transfer In for City/Arsenal Players
- Optimum GW12 bench combos
TL;DR
- Bench: Haaland, Jesus, Martinelli (if no Jesus)
- Transfer out: KDB, Cancelo, Saliba, Other City-Arsenal Assets
- Get in: Chelsea Assets (GW10-12), Salah/TAA (GW12-13)
Firstly, lets move the obvious out of the picture. Haaland will definitely be present in the team, very likely that he will also be a permanent captain.
Now lets look at the choices for the second premium: KDB, Salah, Sone and Kane. Three midfielders.
Salah/KDB/Son vs 8m Mids:
Salah:
- He is clearly not looking the same this year. Liverpool is also struggling this season.
- He was the clear FPL king last year, 8.6 points/90 mins last year and only 6.1 points/90 mins this year
- Also his price isn't justified either at 12.8m
Roman Abramovich, who had to sell Chelsea because of his links with Putin, apparently played a critical role recently in swapping prisoners of War between Ukraine and Russia.
Ukraine handed over 55 prisoners, while Russia handed over 215 prisoners.🧵
As per a Bloomberg article, Abramovich met Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in August as part of talks regarding swapping Prisoners of War.
There were also 5 UK citizens in the 215 prisoners released by Russia. As per an article in the Moscow times, the UK citizens were greeted by Abramovich after they boarded their flight from Russia to Riyadh.
