Blender has advanced polygonal modeling capabilities
Blender can be as precise or imprecise as you want it to be
Blender has superpower parametric capabilities with Modifiers and Geometry Nodes.
Geometry Nodes is Blender's answer to Rhino's Grasshopper and Houdini
Blender has an incredibly strong community that produces some excellent addons (who wouldn't want to make addons for the most widely available 3d app since it's free?) The Tissue addon is amazing for architectural design
Blender is also excellent rendering engine, with the added and unique benefit to render non-destructive geometry without baking it within the same software package
So to conclude, it's excellent free-form modeling tool, it can be very precise, it is inherently parametric, and it has a world-class rendering engine.
@futurly_space The course covers mostly how to work with subdivision modelling in Blender procedurally with the help of modifiers. It's a really neat way to work, in fact it's my favourite way to work.
