How to find expired domains?

I never look at #domains keeping a niche idea in mind; instead ...(1)

I prefer to find #niches out of the domains I like for the following advantages-

a) This way, I don't have to struggle with the scarcity of domains.
b) Right off the bat, I get new niche ideas.
c) Expired domains used around its Niche give best results. (2)

What are the must-haves for a suitable domain you can bid on?

1- Decide a budget

When you bid on anything, you might end up paying more than its actual value due to lack of knowledge; the adrenaline effect will make you bid more and more, so having a red line is a must (3)

Looking to work in a high-competition #niche but scared?

Let's make it easy for you :)

For instance - Vape Pens (vaping)

You should never start with high competition, narrow it down to the low KD #keywords.

let's say you found vapingvibe.com as biggest .. (1)

competitor; search it in #ahrefs Site Explorer and use #KD max 10 in the filter and position max 10.

You will have a list of super easy keywords but wait! you already knew it right?

This is where most of us make mistakes ⚠️
To make project plan further easier ..(2)

Search for any affiliate KW (good money/decent volume) in google.

Now look for sites which are relatively new and have very low RD.

I searched for - "0 nicotine disposable vape" and found zuluvape.com doing pretty good despite low DR.. (3)

I am about to complete 10 years in the SEO industry and here are my most important learning about SEO, Money and Life

1. At a starting point invest in learning and keep doing what works for you best.
2. SEO is highly volatile, don't rely upon 1 or 2 sites.

3. Keep flipping sites on a regular interval for big gains and to mitigate risk.
4. Save 50% and spend the rest on team building, Experiments and Learning.
5. Keep adding domains to your PBN regularly. (Domains bought for $400 in 2015 costs $3k+ in 2022)

6. If you are an expert in some niche; keep ruling it and keep new niches experimental until you succeed.

7. What is easy money for you today will not be tomorrow, so take maximum advantage of things which are working for you.

I was buying a domain - passionparties.com and they sold me passionateparties.com and when ... (1)

within a minute i realized the blunder and contacted support, they denied refunding saying "Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a premium domain purchase. Apparently, the domain you searched for was not available and the system provided a premium suggestion. ..2

We have received your feedback and forwarded to the corresponding team." last time when i bought a premium domain it was sent to me in 7 business days and this time they transferred it the moment i raised refund request to save the sale...3
