If Westerners had studied about "Ardhanareeshwar", they could have understood the concept of "Quantum Entaglement" much before for which this year's Physics Nobel prize has been awarded to Alain et all.

Quantum entanglement is phenomenon that occurs when a group of particles are generated, interact, or share spatial proximity in a way such that, quantum state of each particle of the group cannot be described independently of the state of others, even when they are far away.

Ardhanareeshvara is a combination of three words “Ardha,” “Nari,” and “Ishwara” means “half,” “woman,” and “lord,” respectively, which when combined means the lord whose half is a woman. It is believed that the God is Prabhu Shiva and woman part is Maa Parvati or Shakti.

The Ardhanareeshvara represents a constructive and generative power. Ardhanareeshvara symbolizes male and female principles cannot be separated.

It conveys the unity of opposites in the universe.

Same principle applies to Quantum Physics,Chemistry, Neurology, Psychology and Astronomy. This can be the concept behind Telepathy too.
