Get more iron

Eat greens
Leafy veggies like spinach are a rich source of magnesium and magnesium promotes production of healthy neurons.
Get your Omega-3
Omega-3 can improve cognitive function and memory along with supporting long term neural structures of the brain. It's rightly called a brain food. That's why Flaxseeds are always a part of my snacking routine.
Sleep
"Sleep to remember and remember to sleep" is the best way to put it. When you're well rested, your memory, focus, and decision making capability improve a lot. A good night's sleep is how you start a productive day.
