Nov 2019 a document appears called "Only adults? Good practices in legal gender recognition for youth", authored by multiple orgs, prepared by Dentons:"the biggest law firm in the world when it merged with Dacheng in China & McKenna Long & Aldridge in US to create a behemoth" 1/
The document was reported by legal blog Roll On Friday

We have to admire them for their sizeable cajones (however they identify) for showing us how they have got this far, how legislation has been successful (they weren't expecting @ForWomenScot to poke a stick in their spokes though 😈), like "using a veil of protection" or 5/
targeting youth politicians as they will be "on the right side of history".

It's almost like this article was written by someone who has read the "Denton's Report", who has learned from it & as tried implement the credo. How dare women express concern about males in rape crisis centres, female toilets and prisons? The bloody terfy witches! Burn them! 9/
So we ask @opendemocracy & author @adamramsay if they're following the Denton guidance? Who Open Democracy is funded by. Simple question. Straight forward. Show your cards (because we can see them anyway, you might as be honest about your lobbying & bias).

@ScottishLabour & @scotlibdems can't bring themselves to comment, Patrick Harvie @scottishgreens can't bear to say the word woman or her name but @ScotTories support JK Rowling & women's rights.

Ross, the Scottish Conservative leader, said Rowling, a prominent Labour supporter, had his party’s support. He tweeted: “She is spot on about Nicola Sturgeon. We fully support JK Rowling on the need to protect women’s rights.”
Patrick Harvie, Scottish Green co-leader & junior minister, insisted Rowling’s fears were groundless.
“I think she’s wrong,” “The new proposal is simply a simpler & less stressful & traumatic way of achieving the administrative change, which is a gender recognition certificate.

8.25am today Nicola Sturgeon told Radio 4 that as long as a man "lives as a woman" for 3 months he can acquire a certificate that says he's now a woman. Trouble is no-one knows what "living as a woman means" which means proving attempts are for nefarious reasons is impossible 1/
Our "feminist to her fingertips" FM also seems to believe that males are the risk to females but when a male acquires a magical certificate the risk goes away. Sticking the word "trans" in front of someone's sex seems to perform a biological miracle & no-one must question it. 2/
This is why women gathered in their hundreds outside Holyrood yesterday @scotgovfm. You are putting women at risk, lying to them about the consequences of your Gender Recognition Reform Bill. You, Madam, are a Non-Feminist

"50% of transgender inmates in Scottish prisons began transitioning AFTER they were convicted. There were 16 trans inmates, of whom 8 began their transition while “being cared for in custody following their remand or conviction for their current offence”"

Almost as if...claiming you have a "gender identity" different to that of your birth sex might be seen as route to an easier remand/sentence, get into a female prison when you're male, get closer to more victims? No-one could have foreseen that, apart from the uppity women.

Hands up if you get a very strong whiff of unscientific gender woo from it, with their coy suggestion that sex may not just be female or male or there is such a thing as "woman-ness" (I wonder if we'd pass?) and "man-ness". 2/
This nonsensical little trope is used to teach pupils about the difference between sex & whatever gender identity/expression is. So proud of it, some of our independent Scottish schools are boasting about its use 3/ @macmorrisons @Kilgraston @esmsedinburgh

This article is about a Scottish high school in Dunfermline, teachers helping to socially transition pupils on the quiet, parents seeming to encourage, rather than manage, their children's confusion. This school won't be unique, unfortunately 1/

The tone of the article is calm, neutral, despite reporting an ideological contagion spreading through our schools, supported by guidance from the Scottish Government. Don't tell the parents, reinforce the child's anxiety and confusion. We should all be really VERY annoyed.
