our final #niktt Gathering meeting, in Tarndanya SA in Dec 2022, will bring us back together to hear, understand and plan the next part of kidney health transplant advocacy and activity. We have already shared recommendations for Tx clinical practice and models of care.
So absolutely celebrating @KidneyHealth@cariguidelines launch 16/10/2022 and note the title 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Brilliant work to guidelines writing team, and everyone (so many) who were all needed to gather recommendations and support new practice standards
When we have endorsed standard practice guidelines, then we all benefit from uniform and consistent health care delivery, properly resourced, and auditable to show good care ➡️health outcomes. I talked about this on @ABCthedrum tonight. Thanks @KidneyHealth
One thing left is to go back to our governments, and ask for funding and implementation plan for National Indigenous Renal RoadMap. Much of early factors in kidney health and community rely on excellent public and environmental health. (end)
