TINUBU IN AREWA HOUSE & SECURITY VIEWS

The INCOMING PRESIDENT will be grateful for what President Buhari has done in equipping the Military like never before.
Not even since the 80s had we seen any leader who equipped our Military like APC led FG in 8 years..
#TinubuInArewaHouse
No Govt in power will ever get everything done. But it is pertinent that line upon line, precept upon precept, a little hear& a little there, things are done upon which the next administration can build upon & concentrate on other issues.
Tinubu will CONTINUE what PMB started...
Obasanjo left about $67bn behind, so when Y'aradua came & there was economic crisis during his tenure, what did he do? He simply used previous savings to cushion the effect, defended Naira with such hence, we didn't feel the impact so much.
What did Buhari meet? DEPLETED ACCOUNT!
So on Security, @officialABAT said he has so much to offer and based on his track record in Lagos, we can trust that he actually has CAPACITY to do so.
He is coming in AFTER Buhari has equipped the Military well enough for him to CONTINUE to make our security architecture better.
Tinubu was sworn in on the 29th May 1999 just like 35 other Governors. 6th July, @officialABAT was already on POLICE REFORM in Lagos!
Others were shouting "we have no control", BAT was THINKING & ACTING beyond that boxed mindset. Lagos Rapid Response Squad👇 #TinubuInArewaHouse
6th July '99 was less that 2 months from May 29 when all Governors were sworn in abi. Tinubu was in the opposition, President Obasanjo & Atiku of PDP at the centre couldn't stop him from going ahead with @rrslagos767
Other 35 Governors were playing Ludo, Tinubu was ahead!
As far back as 1999, Tinubu said "I want to assure you that you will see and you will feel the difference"....He also spoke about Community based Neighborhood watch.

Listen, that was 1999, this is 2022, no State security has come close to that of Lagos.
PMB to BAT is a GOAL🕺♾
Having stated in his speech the need to get security to the grassroot, existing Neighborhood Watch in Lagos was redesigned & was given more prominence to make d issue of Security LOCAL.
But now, Buhari has really equipped our Security ops, @officialABAT will BUILD ON THAT!
So what Security Ops did Buhari inherit from PDP administration in 2015?
A security Architecture DELIBERATELY ill equipped since the days of Obasanjo. They saw battle & many had to FLEE to other Countries.

You'll appreciate Buhari if you remember our history! #TinubuInArewaHouse
That same Military has been so equipped today like never before. That a CEO will take over from another CEO who has made the work easier by providing working tools for the staff is always a thing of joy...
Asiwaju Tinubu has the 9th Assembly to thank for cooperating with PMB🙏🫂
The 9th NASS team went to the USA to assess the progress of work on NAF A29-Super Tucano Aircraft last year May (2021).
No Govt has done the equipping of our Military like PMB did...
You need tools to motivate you to work better, Tinubu will CONTINUE the foundation PMB laid!
April 2021, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) took delivery of 3 JT-17 thunder multi-role attack aircraft, acquired by Buhari led Govt from Pakistan.

That is HOW to be deliberate about Security architectures..
So Incoming President Tinubu will CONTINUE what PMB has started.
Air Assets procured by Buhari led admin within 8 years are more than what we had in history:

12 A-29 Super Tucano
5 Mi-35M Helicopters
2 Bell 412 Helicopters
4 Agusta 109 Helicopters
2 Mi-171E Helicopters
10 Super Mushshak
3 x JF-17 Thunder..ETC
GO & VERIFY...🤣🤣
Ladies & Gentlemen, Fellow Nigerians who desire a better Nation...
The Incoming President is Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu.
He will CONTINUE the good works President Buhari has been doing. He will make corrections where we are missing it.
Get used to your next C-in-C

ILLEGAL NDC, ILLEGAL ORDER, DISASTROUS ENDING

Just for the purpose of learning and acquiring more understanding, some of us like to really look into the details of events, especially when it comes to Politics and Governance in Nigeria space....

So, I tried to even check beyond political affiliation and for ACCADEMIC PURPOSE, what exactly was the issue NDC as a political party had from the beginning that led to this "Registered by Court Order" previously written on @inecnigeria website?

In order not to make it too long because that has been the complaint about my writing, I'll make it a thread to make it easier to read. So, let's start from the beginning...

NEW PARTY REGISTRATION:
Immediately after 2023 elections, 171 political associations wrote to the Independent National Electoral Commission @inecnigeria seeking registration as a political party and the Constitution gives this right to every Nigerian....Freedom of Association.

Please NOTE: @PeterObi and the Obidient Movement NEVER approached INEC and they were NEVER part of these 171 associations. Obi never had any intention to START or BUILD anything.... I challenge them to show any evidence that they were part of these 171 Associations.

Two Individuals tried to register Obidient movement as a political party out of these 171 names, but Peter Obi's close associates were not in it.

There was "Obidient People Party" OPP by Barry Avotu Johnson as Protem CHAIRMAN using the address No. 3 Mekanbo Close, Along Durban Street, Wuse II Abuja, Nigeria.
Then there was another "Obidients People Party" OPP, the same Logo, no address, no Chairman name, no information at all provided.....

They obviously were not qualified even before the process began because you couldn't have had two different Association

I have details of the 171 Parties, if you need it, I'll publish the names later.

171 POLITICAL ASSCOATIONS applied to be registered INCLUDING NDC.....NIGERIA DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS. Did they all meet the requirement?Image
PRE-QUALIFIED STAGE

After a rigorous screening, @inecnigeria announced that 157 failed to meet criteria, pre-qualifying only 14 associations with the same Acronym and Logo....

Note that distinct Acronym and Logo are part of the criteria.... So, 14 Associations were prequalified to move to the next stage of registration process.

The names of the PRE-QUALIFIED Associations were published, guess what, NDC was not part of the 14 Associations at all....

Those pre-qualified include the
African Transformation Party (ATP),
All Democratic Alliance (ADA),
Advance Nigeria Congress (ANC),
Abundance Social Party (ASP),
African Alliance Party (AAP),
Citizens Democratic Alliance (CDA),
Democratic Leadership Alliance (DLA),
Grassroots Initiative Party (GRIP),
Green Future Party (GFP),
Liberation People’s Party (LPP),
National Democratic Party (NDP),
National Reform Party (NRP),
Patriotic Peoples Alliance (PPA) and
Peoples Freedom Party (PFP)

So, even at the PRE-QUALIFY Stage, Senator Seriake Dickson's NDC Party did not make it....

NEXT STAGE?Image
The 14 and the 8......

Like I said before, @inecnigeria shortlisted only 14 that satisfied the initial requirements in September 2025according to INEC Guideline and Electoral law.

INEC took the next step by giving those 14 groups a one month window to upload their credentials. The credentials were about 27 in total to be uploaded to become successful.

Only 8 successfully completed the portal uploads by the October 2025 deadline.

The NDC was completely absent from the list of 14 and the list of 8.

From those 8 portal submissions, only one association, the Democratic Leadership Alliance (DLA) was deemed to have fully satisfied the final assessment and was registered on merit on February 5, 2026.

The question is, NDC of Seriake Dickson didn't meet up with PRE-QUALIFIED, was not even part of the 8 to UPLOAD their credentials to INEC PORTALS.

How then did they SUDDENLY become a registered political Party WITHOUT any uploaded credentials to INEC PORTAL?Image

BATTLELINES: Adventures in Journalism And Politics’ Olusegun Osoba, Diamond Publications, 2018, pp.280-294

My conclusion: Obasanjo was naturally configured to betray others and be selfish toward himself only no matter the cost....

How Obasanjo Deceived Us In 2003
- Aremo Olusegun Osoba, former Governor of Ogun State

“As it turned out, unwittingly, we had handed Obasanjo ( Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, then President of Nigeria) a tool with which he later dealt with us too. After “stooping to conquer” the National Assembly, and surviving the impeachment plot, he later “stooped to conquer” the AD governors and Afenifere.

After he survived the impeachment plot, he never showed any sense of remorse. We could not believe his new bellicose approach when in a national broadcast he described the impeachment plot as “joke carried too far”

The attempt to impeach him eventually won him some sympathy in Yorubaland. It was after this experience that Obasanjo began a frontal attempt to woo the AD governors. He came to Lagos to attend the Convocation at the University of Lagos and then invited all the AD governors to a meeting later in the night same day. Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu of Lagos was the contact between us and Obasanjo over the arrangements for the meeting....Image
2....

We met him in the old office of the head of state at Dodan Barracks. The only person who accompanied him to the meeting was the Director of the State Security Services (SSS), Col. Kayode Are. At the meeting, he directly requested support from all the six AD governors. He said he wanted an understanding between us and himself because he faced some serious challenges that were likely to create some upheaval in the political terrain and in the country at large. Therefore, he wanted an understanding and a working relationship with us.

We analysed the situation in the country and told him a few home truths. Firstly, we told him that even though we were head of governments, we had leaders and elders in the party that he must discuss with, if he needed any kind of understanding with us. Secondly, we wondered what the basis of our understanding with him would be when his term was coming to an end with no prospect of his securing his party’s ticket for a second term. We made it clear that a working relationship between the two groups was beyond us. A decision of that magnitude would have to be reported to Afenifere leaders who had the authority to take a final position on it. We immediately reported the proceedings to Chief Abraham Adesanya who convened a meeting where it was debated with serious reservations amongst the leadership about fraternising with Obasanjo.

The Afenifere and AD leadership were not going to give their heart and soul to support Obasanjo’s second term ambition without extracting some major political commitment from him. A meeting was held in Lagos where the conditions for negotiating with Obasanjo were agreed upon. After the meeting at his home, Adesanya, he led a team with Afenifere charter of demand to Ota to discuss with Obasanjo.Image
3....

The delegation to Ota included Chief Ayo Adebanjo, Senator Femi Okunrounmu and Cornelius Adebayo. Okunrounmu and Adebayo were mandated to speak on behalf of AD and Afenifere. Adesanya called and asked me to join them at Obasanjo’s Ota Farm, from my station in Abeokuta.
The conditions presented to Obasanjo amongst others were: the restructuring of the Nigerian federation, devolution of power, including moving some items from the exclusive to the concurrent list and ensuring fiscal federalism. Obasanjo was to organize a credible and transparent national census. Merit must be followed alongside federal character and quota system in the recruitment to federal positions across the country.

Obasanjo assured us that he identified with them. He explained that he had even started implementing the issue of merit in federal appointments indirectly through the privatization of many public enterprises which were run for many years without respect for merit. With the privatization and the enthronement of a culture of merit, he expected many Nigerian professionals abroad would return home to run the privatised enterprises. He affirmed that privatization was a part of enthroning meritocracy.

Obasanjo said arrangements had been completed to ensure a genuine, transparent and acceptable headcount. He told us the satellite mapping of all Nigeria cities, towns and villages was in the making. Even without a headcount, he explained that with satellite mapping, it was possible to count the number of houses everywhere in the land and with that get a rough idea of how many people live in the house and in the country. He said he would lay the issue of census to rest in the second term, through GOOGLE, the days of census inflation were over.

FESTUS OSIFO the Pengassan President giving real breakdown of how Oil and Gas costing is calculated and other issues around Dangote PMS price and why NNPC is the one buying alone for now....
FESTUS OSIFO 👌👌👌

Now, it's ok not to agree with everything he said, but don't block your mind from learning, unlearning and relearning....

FUEL SUBSIDY, LOCAL REFINERY, PMS PRICE:

The conversation must continue UNTIL we know what we want. There is practically no other way to get a cheap price of PMS outside SUBSIDY. All these noise and emotional talks are just not making any logical sense.

ALL the leading Presidential candidates said SUBSIDY MUST GO & WE ALL VOTED FOR THEM......We simply agreed with ANYONE who won to remove subsidy, that's what it means.

We cannot spend $40bn on subsidy and less than half on education & health - Peter ObiLabour Party's presidential candidate on @ARISEtv
You see all those new argument about, "I will put some things in place before removing subsidy" is just illogical brain dots....

The question was clear enough before election & the answer by Tinubu the winner, Atiku and Peter Obi was CLEAR enough...By June 2023, Subsidy would go.

Every other gymnastic statement AFTER the winner removed subsidy was just lazy talk without any substance, Nigerians and I meant all of us would have felt the pain EXACTLY the way we are feeling it now irrespective of who won and removed subsidy with FX market unification.
The Old Argument by individuals who didn't want to go straight about removal was that "at least I will ensure LOCAL REFINERY is in place before removing subsidy"....

That in itself is a RED FLAG of a deceiver seeking to be elected by all means, NO PRESIDENT sworn in among them in May29 2023 could have fixed anything in LOCAL REFINERY in June their 1st month.

That's a Presidential candidate propaganda. You couldn't have shit before removing subsidy you promised to remove IMMEDIATELY.
