I now have more ideas every week than I used to have in months.
Why?
Because I started doing 2 things consistently:
noting down thoughts and writing.

Noting down thoughts works because your memory doesn't.
Or rather, you will remember the thought... kind of.
Just not when you need it.
But note it down in your #PKM and you'll find it every time you search for something similar.

So there's little more annoying than not being able to remember how you phrased it.
Unless it's contorting yourself over and over to grasp it again - only to fail.
Noting it down in the first place removes that frustration.
