Working in web3 requires a lot of commitment. After several years, we can still describe this "sector of the economy" as undeveloped. Consequently, the development of the project in the initial phase requires work on many levels. And this is when soft skills such as...

Many founders, given a choice between an expert in their field w/o soft skills and a man with less skills though still good with developed soft skills - will choose the latter.

Why? Because it is much easier to work with people with highly developed soft skills. By combining multiple skills of this type, a person develops a kind of intuition that the project founder can rely on without having to oversee every task and show exactly how to do it.

What you can do to acquire these skills?

Activities that work best are:

• Analysis of the reality around - think about what you can do better.
• Reading - Books like "How to Win Friends & Influence People" will help you achieve your goals in interpersonal relations.
