#2 Learn & Develop your Soft Skills
🧵🧵🧵

Working in web3 requires a lot of commitment. After several years, we can still describe this "sector of the economy" as undeveloped. Consequently, the development of the project in the initial phase requires work on many levels. And this is when soft skills such as...

...communication, persuasion, confidence, flexibility and so on play the biggest role.
Many founders, given a choice between an expert in their field w/o soft skills and a man with less skills though still good with developed soft skills - will choose the latter.

Why? Because it is much easier to work with people with highly developed soft skills. By combining multiple skills of this type, a person develops a kind of intuition that the project founder can rely on without having to oversee every task and show exactly how to do it.

What you can do to acquire these skills?
Activities that work best are:
• Analysis of the reality around - think about what you can do better.
• Reading - Books like "How to Win Friends & Influence People" will help you achieve your goals in interpersonal relations.

• Ask - Talk to loved ones and co-workers about what you can do better and put it into practice.
• Listen to podcasts.

SLAMM (Shared Liquidity Automated Market Maker) - a new decentralized exchange concept created by @Delphi_Digital. This model assumes the existence of multiple fragmented liquidity pools (on different blockchains) that share liquidity among themselves as needed.

Ok, in a nutshell. How does it work?🤔
In order for this to work, there must be a hub (e.g. as a separate blockchain on @cosmos or smartcontract on an existing blockchain) that manages the pools on the other blockchains and shifts liquidity as needed.
