So, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that we made some mistakes in our attempt to leverage technology to augment contact tracing here in Utah. But include that fact that the state was acting quickly during a once-in-a-century PANDEMIC and yeah, it’s totally understandable. 2/
But what’s most important is that we learn from our mistakes. But to learn from mistakes, you first have to be clear about what those mistakes were. 3/
