Kling-Klang Gloria is a book from 1907 with German folk and children's songs Illustrated by Austrian artists Heinrich Lefler and Josef Urban. This book is a treasure trove of secessionist typography, designs and 16 spectacular color illustrations. Here are those illustrations:
1/ Stunning high resolution illustrations by German biologist and artist Ernst Haeckel (1834-1919) from his 1904 book "Art forms in nature" (Kunstformen der Natur). These drawings of flora and fauna influenced the Art Nouveau movement. It's not hard to see why and how. A THREAD:
