Inspired by @modernTman's #BeefInitiative I've started orange pilling local family farms in my part of the world: #Wales.
My neighbour @redrubykate has a herd of slow maturing Red Ruby cows & she is now accepting BTC for her excellent beef.

Kate's farm is a family hill farm that is desperate to reach out directly to their customers rather than selling to supermarkets. We've been buying their meat for ages and can vouch for their conscientious farming methods & exceptional meat quality.

I am also putting together a simple database of local UK farmers who accept BTC for their beef on the website bitcoinbeef.org. It's not quite ready yet but we're looking for suggestions of other farmers to add to the database, so please DM me if you know of any.

Please spread this message far & wide throughout the community. Local farms in my part of Wales are under huge financial pressure atm & matching Bitcoiners directly with independent family farms is a win-win no brainer in my opinion.
