Originally $99k, the Team was able to negotiate down to $83k. With monthly cash flow of $1350, roughly a 19% cap rate. All revenue will go back into the community wallet 🏡
Next, our first community driven decision to come true
2. The first holder-suggested business was starting a Turo fleet. After researching what cars and where this idea would be profitable, an opportunity to purchase a brand new (5 total miles on it)👇

2022 Corvette Stingray ENTIRELY in #crypto presented itself. We paid ~34.1$Eth ($87k/$48k at current eth value) and had a total revenue of ~$4400. We have elected to sell the Corvette as the “used” car market is booming. We estimate getting $90k to $110k for it. (64Eth - 79Eth)
3. @merchseashop ,a merchandising company by the #cryptohippos team. They are capable of fulfilling orders, setting up ecommerce shop and pretty much anything any project needs to get their community merch. Hippo holders will soon be able to refer as an affiliate. Revenue 👇
Without ANY marketing strategies (aside from a few recently started spaces) Revenue has totaled $33k. Pumped to see what we can do with this!
4. Another vote from the community was to put money in @HydroWhalesClub business venture @Project79Gold . We sacrificed $25k and have seen 6.9% and 6.4% monthly returns so far. This is now worth $28k and the plan is to keep compounding!
5. A future utility we don’t know a whole lot about is an NFT sniper tool one of founders is developing. With a background in software engineering, this is something they are very passionate about. Free to holders and possible revenue stream w/ monthly subscription for others
I hold 26 of these and I tried to just state facts. Obviously, I truly believe in this community and its founders. With the way the NFT market is atm, this is one of the few projects that will make it through. We would love for you to be a part of this. The team delivers. #NFA
