VIDEO THREAD: This afternoon, cannabis activists with @DCMJ2014 released smoke canisters, inflated a 51-foot joint, and smoked marijuana in front of the Russian Embassy in Washington DC to protest the 9-year sentence of American basketball player #BrittneyGriner in Russia.
"You got bud over there man?" a Secret Service agent asked @aeidinger, who explained that he weighed it, and it's indeed less than two ounces.
"It's a prop," he added.
"It smells like a prop!" the Secret Service officer joked.
The Secret Service officer was more concerned about an unspent smoke canister.
"Why are you sneaky about it?" he asked a protester.
"I'm not being sneaky about anything!" the activist said, picking it up. "This is what he's upset about, a legal smoke-emitting device."
"We need to stop the war on the people, and it begins with cannabis," said Libertarian @LPNational DC Ward 3 City Council candidate Adrian Salsgiver in front of the Russian Embassy.
He says people should be able to use cannabis "and not fear a crackdown by the government."
Activist @aeidinger put down the piece of a cannabis plant he brought to Russian Embassy.
Putin, he says, turned Griner into "a drug kingpin, over what? Not this."
"This is what this is about" he said, holding up a vape pen like the one #BrittneyGriner is in Russian prison for.
BREAKING: I obtained a copy of a federal search warrant that was apparently served in a Michigan home yesterday to search for guns, drug paraphernalia, and electronic devices belonging to Timothy Teagan, a prominent member of the "boogaloo" movement.
I'm told that Tim Teagan was not home at the time of the raid, but a list of items seized includes phones, an AR-15, a Glock, ammunition and several items the feds describe as drug paraphernalia.
As of now, his actual whereabouts are unclear.
While the warrant was to search and seize evidence for 18 U.S.C. § 922 "user of controlled substance in possession of a firearm or ammunition," the warrant included four pages detailing electronic device confiscation, noting that feds may use his finger or face to unlock devices.
Apparently Gavin McInnes cited footage of mine on Gettr to claim that the pepper sprayer at Penn State must have been a student "committing an act of violence to justify the fear of free speech."
His basis for this claim is the guy dialogues with an apparent student inaudibly.
His claim isn't proof that the perp was a student any more than it would be proof that the student was a right-winger.
These sorts of allegations feed into nonsense.
Already, it's being cited (although it uses the word "claims") in Epoch Times.
VIDEO THREAD: Police stood back tonight at Penn State as a right-winger pulled a canister of mace out and pointed it at a crowd of anti-Proud Boy protesters surrounding him and his friends.
Officers continued to stand by as he sprayed the crowd, including myself, and ran away.
Alex Stein, who was co-hosting the event (which was ultimately cancelled) at Penn State along with Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes, came out and waded into the protesters before the show.
While he didn't get injured, one person spat on him during the confrontation.
A couple uniformed Proud Boys showed up to hear their organization's founder, Gavin McInnes, speak at Penn State.
VIDEO: Eugene Antifa and their allies shouted "move back" toward a retreating coalition of right-wingers protesting a drag event today in Eugene, Oregon.
Fighting ensured as the anti-drag protesters fired mace and paintballs toward the crowd.
“Jurors heard Tuesday that Riley was the first officer to respond to the scene when pipe bombs were discovered at the RNC and DNC headquarters near the Capitol.” wusa9.com/article/news/n…
I can’t overstate how bizarre it is to be learning this detail a year and a half later (half way into the article).
The United States Capitol Police officer who is on trial for allegedly tipping off a J6 participant to delete evidence was the first to respond to the pipe bombs.
