I just did a search and EDTA pills are readily available. As an old Nurse, I really Do want MRI Contrast Producers & @US_FDA to come clean about how much toxic metal is acceptable? How frequent can tests be? Can Patients be Offered a Chelation plan? At Least, Informed Consent??
I look at my pill box, shots I take. #MultipleSclerosis-Multiple Scars. Insulation on my nerves frayed, torn, ripped. Other Body scars-healed traumas. Does #Gadolinium get caught up in places like my slice shaped C5 MS Lesion that lit up like an Xmas tree light bulb?
Is that what FDA meant-approving Gadolinium with all the manufacturers’ warnings Gad is retained. Informed Consent not required?? How frequent, which agent used, hydration status (tech told me hydration not necessary-I drink less because I don’t want to have to pee during test.
I believe Hydration could help wash gadolinium metal though vessels w/o getting trapped. My concern is the twisting/twirling of Paramagnetic Metal by MRI magnetic field. I feel like it causes long strands/threads like silk. Imho-as an old Nurse of 35 years. Many in Critical Care.
